Who is Semiramis & Did She Really Exist?

There are many things hidden within the pages of Scripture that are not always spelled out for us specifically. Often-times, things are not plain and straight-forward, because our heavenly Father wants us to search the entire counsel of Scripture to fit all the puzzle pieces together.

I am often reminded of this passage: Proverbs 25:2 It is the glory of Elohiym to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter.

Ever since I began exposing the pagan roots of Christmas & Easter in 2002, I have encountered scoffers that try and debunk the notion that these false pagan holidays have their roots in the Ancient Mystery Religion of Babylon, (headed by Nimrod). As the mythological legend goes, Nimrod supposedly married his own mother named “Semiramis,” whom the Bible refers to as “The Queen of Heaven” (Jeremiah 7:18; 44:17-25).

The Bible does not mention that Nimrod married his own mother, or that her name was “Semiramis.” So then, where do these “myths & fables” come from?

It is important for us to understand how the heathens in the nations have taken biblical narratives, (and have twisted the stories), making them sound very similar to actual biblical accounts. Why is this important?

Because, even to this day, the occult world adheres to these “myths & fables,” as the basis for why they celebrate false holidays patterned after sun-god worship. These myths and fables do not have to be historically accurate, in order for us to expose them as something abhorrent to our Creator.

As an example, we find hints of these pagan myths in the book of Jeremiah, where he describes the people of the kingdom of Yahuwdah (Judah) “Offering up incense....and baking cakes...to the queen of heaven.”

Pictured below is an actual carved image from an archaeological dig, of the Ancient goddess Astarte, also called Ishtar (Easter), Asherah, Semiramis, the Queen of Heaven, just to name a few.

Without a historical background of how, and where these myths originated, it would be difficult for us in our modern culture to identify how these practices are still being kept under various other names.

Most Christians have a difficult time seeing that they are celebrating the very same practices that are forbidden by YaHuWaH, under different names.

Debariym (Deuteronomy) 12:30-31:

Take heed to yourself that you be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before you; and that you inquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? Even so will I do likewise. You shall not do so unto YHWH your Elohiym: for every abomination to YHWH, which he hates, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and their daughters they have burned in the fire to their gods.

The excuse that I often hear is that since there was no mention of “Semiramis” (as the mother of Nimrod in scripture), therefore, my exposing of Christmas & Easter as “pagan,” is somehow not valid.

These scoffers use the excuse that since there is no mention of Nimrod marrying his mother Semiramis, therefore Christmas & Easter are not inherently wicked. They argue that there is not a word of these myths mentioned in “Academia.”

However, nothing could be further from the truth. Whenever I present the narratives that are used in Ancient Mystery Religion, I am not suggesting that these characters and events are portrayed in reality, or in scripture.

What I am presenting is “The false mythology” that is used by the occultists and witches to justify celebrating these false holidays.

What follows is an expose on the character known as “Semiramis,” and yes, this name does exist in Scripture!

“Sammu-Ramat (r. 811-806 BCE) was the queen regent of the Assyrian Empire, who held the throne for her young son Adad Nirari III (r. 811-783 BCE) until he reached maturity. She is also known as Shammuramat, Sammuramat, and, most notably, as Semiramis. This last designation, “Semiramis, has been the source of considerable controversy for over a century now, as scholars, and historians argue over whether Sammu-Ramat was the inspiration for the myths concerning Semiramis, whether Sammu-Ramat even ruled Assyria, and whether Semiramis ever existed as an actual historical personage.

The debate has been going on for some time and is not likely to be concluded one way or the other in the near future but, still, it seems possible to suggest the likely possibility that the legends of Semiramis were, in fact, inspired by the reign of queen Sammu-Ramat and have their basis, if not in her actual deeds, then at least in the impression she made upon the people of her time.

We can see that there was such a queen by this name, who has been associated with the Ancient Mystery Religion (which originated at the Tower of Babel). In Genesis 10, Nimrod ruled over ten provinces in the Land of Shinar, and one of the provinces was anciently called “Asshur, which in modern times is called “Assyria.

Many people have speculated as to who this character is named “The Assyrian, as they assume that the final “Antichrist, will be an Assyrian. However Assyria does not exist any longer as a nation.

What once formed the Assyrian homeland, are parts of present-day Iraq, Turkey, Iran and more recently Syria as well. The region of Assyria, (north of the seat of the empire in central Mesopotamia), had also been known as Subartu by the Sumerians, and the name Azuhinum in Akkadian records also seems to refer to Assyria proper. The Sumerians were eventually absorbed into the Akkadian (Assyro-Babylonian) population.

“Semiramis is linked to a Sumerian (Assyrian) Queen named Sammu-Ramat (Semiramis in Greek). In trying to find some historical Assyrian Queen upon whom the legendary Semiramis was based, an inscription was found in Assyrian annals of the Queen Regent, who ruled 811-806 BCE and led military campaigns with the figure of Semiramis. It has been noted that the name “Shemiramoth” appears in the Bible in I Chronicles 15:18, 15:20-24, 16:5, and II Chronicles 17:8. In I Chronicles the name applies to a temple musician while in II Chronicles to a teacher of the law. This suggests to some historians that a Semitic deity by the name of Shemiram (a version of Astarte) was venerated in the region from Ascalon in Syria (a site known for the veneration of Astarte) down the Levant to Israel and across to Armenia and Persia, and this goddess, then, is referenced in the Bible.”

The Hebrew Concordance defines this name:

#H8070 “Shemiramoth” as “Name of heights.” This name stems from the Hebrew:

Shem & Ramah = Names of the Seat of Idolatry or High Places:

#H8034 shem shame a primitive word (perhaps rather from 7760 through the idea of definite and conspicuous position; Compare 8064); an appellation, as a mark or memorial of individuality; by implication honor, authority, character:--+ base, (in-)fame(-ous), named(-d), renown, report.

#H7413 ramah raw-maw' feminine active participle of 7311; a height (as a seat of idolatry):--high place

This is a compound name stemming from two words:

Shem (name), and Ramah (height).

In 2nd Kings Chapter 9, Jezebel is thrown down from her “High Tower,” and trampled on by Captain Yahuw (Jehu).

In Revelation 18:2, we are told that “Mystery Babylon is fallen....” from her high and lofty position.

It is ha’Shatan (Satan), who has been so brazen as to claim that he would “Ascend above the heights of the clouds...”

Yeshayahuw (Isaiah) 14:14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

Wayyirqa (Leviticus) 26:30 And I will destroy your HIGH PLACES, and cut down your images, and cast your carcasses upon the carcasses of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you.

It is because the heathens erected graven images upon the “The high places,” that this word has come to be associated with the Greek goddess named “Semiramis,” also called “The Queen of Heaven” in Jeremiah 7:18 & 44:17-25.

YaHuWaH rebuked the House of Yahuwdah (Judah), because they were burning incense, and offering up cakes up to this Queen of Heaven.

Was Semiramis the Mother & Wife of Nimrod?

There are several versions of the narrative behind Ancient Mystery Babylon Religion, and they are not all the same. Each culture has developed the story slightly differently, (as the story migrated to the nations, after the Tower of Babel). Thus, Mystery Babylon Religion has taken on different names, and variations of the story over the centuries.

However, the mythology behind Nimrod & Semiramis does not have to be historically accurate, in order to expose the dark satanic agenda behind this pagan religion, and it’s practices.

Some people try and debunk the history behind the pagan origins of Christmas & Easter, by arguing that there is nothing in Academia, History, or Archaeology about Semiramis being married to Nimrod. What we should know is, that the heathens follow “myths & fables,” (derived from true events), and based on the biblical characters of Nimrod, The Queen of Heaven (Jeremiah 4 & 44), and Tammuz (Ezekiel 8:14).

Therefore, it is not necessary to prove that the mythology behind Nimrod marrying his mother/wife (Semiramis) is historically accurate. The narrative behind Mystery Babylon Religion has already been shown to us in Jeremiah 7 & 44, as well as in Ezekiel, the 8th chapter. Nimrod is the “archetype,” for the pagan sun-gods of the heathen nations, as they had different names in each culture.

In Ezekiel 8, we learn that the ancients were worshiping the sun, and the women were “Weeping for Tammuz” (who was supposedly the reincarnation of Nimrod). Satan/Lucifer has been worshipped under many disguises, such as Nimrod, Tammuz, Marduk, Ba’al, Sol, Zeus, etc.

The Queen of Heaven is the “Archetype” for the many feminine goddesses that have been celebrated for thousands of years in various cultures, under different names, such as Astarte, Asherah, Ishtar, Easter, Aphrodite, Venus, etc.

See this link: Astarte

What we should be exposing to the world, is how these myths & fables are what Mystery Babylon Religion is based upon, and that these are used in the occult world, even to this day.

Beyt Keefa (2nd Peter) 1:16 For we have not followed CUNNINGLY DEVISED FABLES, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Master Yahuwshuwa ha’Mashiyach, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty.

Aleph Timoteyos (1st Timothy) 1:4 Neither give heed to FABLES and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than righteous edifying which is in faith: so do.

Aleph Timoteyos (1st Timothy) 4:7 But refuse profane and old wives’ FABLES, and exercise yourself rather unto righteousness.

Beyt Timoteyos (2nd Timothy) 4:4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto FABLES.

What is most concerning, is that the Roman Catholic Church has assimilated the identity of “The Queen of Heaven,” to the mother of our Messiah, aka “The Virgin Mary.” They claim that “Mary is the third person of the trinity, and that he only operates through her!”

Catholic artwork features “three persons,” on the throne in heaven, (for which there is no biblical support). They claim that the Father and the Son are “separate persons,” (which contradicts the entire counsel of Scripture).

The Female Dominance Cult in Ephesus

In order to understand Sha’uwl’s (Paul’s) letter to Timothy when he commanded wives (gune) not to usurp the authority of their husbands, we must first become aware of the historical background of this congregation that he was writing to in Ephesus.

The Assembly at Ephesus was a group of former pagans who worshiped the Great Diana Artemis. This religion taught that Eve came before Adam and that she conceived Adam. This cult would emasculate men by making them eunuchs (removing their reproductive parts), and then the women would be dominant over the men, and they would sacrifice these men to this pagan goddess Diana.

This is the reason why the Apostle Paul made reference to this:

1st Timotiyos (Timothy) 2:13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve. Why would the Apostle Sha’uwl need to explain that Adam was formed first and then Eve?

Don’t we know this already? Well obviously, the Assembly at Ephesus did not already know this, because they had been taught the lie that Eve was the mother of Adam, whom she later married!

This lie is much like the lie in the Catholic Church where it is taught that “Mary, the mother of Jesus was born without original sin, hence it was her divinity which was passed on to Jesus…”

Since Catholicism teaches that Mary is the Holy Spirit,” they conclude that “Mary is the author of Jesus,” just like the lie that the Ephesians were taught that “Eve is the author of Adam.”

In 1st John 4:3 (KJV) we have the litmus test for identifying the Spirit of Anti-Messiah. Listen to what the Apostle John wrote:

1st Yahuwchanon (John) 4:3 “....every spirit which does not confess that Yahuwshuwa Messiah is come in the flesh, this is that spirit of Anti-Messiah…”

What does this verse mean? The word “flesh” in the above passage is the Greek word “sarx,” and it means “carnal, sensual.”

This means that Yahuwshuwa, our Messiah had a mortal body, which he inherited from his mother Miryam (Mary). However, his spiritual nature was “incorruptible” (immortal).

According to the testimony of Ron Wyatt, (who discovered the Ark of the Covenant), the blood of our Messiah was the Heavenly Father’s blood in his veins. Yahuwshuwa had to possess both natures at the same time, in order to be the perfect sinless, spotless sacrifice.

He had to have a corruptible nature “physically,” so that he could destroy sin in the flesh (Romans 8:3). But he also had to be sinless, (having an incorruptible spiritual nature at the same time).

Ibriym (Hebrews) 4:15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin

*Explanation: the double negative in the above verse conveys that he was indeed a high priest who was touched with the feelings of our weaknesses, only without ever sinning.

If Yahuwshuwa had sinned, his blood could not have atoned for us. He had to represent a male lamb without blemish according to the Towrah (Exodus 12:5). Roman Catholicism is strikingly similar to this cult from ancient Babylon, as we can see the deification of Mary/Miryam (the mother of our Messiah).

Roman Catholicism has corrupted the gospel narrative, by inserting into it, the influence of Mystery Babylon religion. Thus, Yahuwshuwa (Jesus) was meant to be assimilated to Nimrod, and his mother/wife, (Semiramis), is meant to be assimilated to “The Holy Spirit!” This is why Semiramis is symbolized by the “dove,” which is Satan masquerading the true Ruwach haQodesh (Holy Spirit) that descended upon our Messiah following his baptism in the Jordan River (Luke 3:22).

The Ruwach (Spirit) of YaHuWaH fertilized Mary’s egg producing a human body for Yahuwshuwa (Jesus). But the blood came from the Heavenly Father.

The research of Ron Wyatt, the deceased archaeologist, reveals that our Messiah’s blood found on the ark of the covenant had only 24 chromosomes, and it had only one “Y” autosome from his Heavenly Father.

See the YouTube video below:

In Zechariah 12:10 YaHuWaH is speaking of himself in the first person singular when he says:

“They will look upon ME [Aleph & Taw] whom they have pierced and they will mourn for HIM as one mourns for his only son.”

This means that it was the blood of YaHuWaH that was in Yahuwshuwa when he died for us on the tree!

Yeshayahuw (Isaiah) 9:6 bears this out as we learn that the “son given” and the “child born to us” is also called Abiy Ad (Everlasting Father).

But how is it possible (you may ask yourself), that Yahuwshuwa could be born through a human woman with a sinful bloodline, and still be without sin?

Biology proves that the mother’s blood never touches the baby in the womb during gestation. The child’s umbilical cord is attached to the placenta. It is the placenta which is attached to the mother. The placenta acts like a giant clearing house for the baby, taking nutrients and other things out of the mother’s blood and passing them on to the baby’s blood stream through the umbilical cord. Now, why did I go down this rabbit trail?

I am trying to show that Yahuwshuwa, our Messiah was the one who is eternal and he is the one who created Miryam (Mary)—she did not create him!

The fact that her sinful blood never touched his sinless blood is now proven biologically!

Qolasiym (Colossians) 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him...

Yahuwshuwa created Mary, not the other way around. But the Roman Catholic Church teaches that Mary was sinless, divine, and eternal, just like Semiramis!

They call her “The Queen of Heaven,” just like the Babylonians called Semiramis “The Queen of Heaven” (Jeremiah 7 & 44). Roman Catholicism thus denies that “Yahuwshuwa Messiah is come in the flesh” (having a mortal, corruptible physical nature), and this is the very essence of the Anti-Messiah Spirit!

Roman Catholicism teaches “Gnosticism,” which denies that Miryam (Mary) had a sinful nature. They falsely claim that “Mary was born without the original sin, and therefore, she was sinless and divine!”

This means that Yahuwshuwa Messiah (according to Catholicism) did not come with a human nature (able to be tempted in all things). And this means that Catholicism denies that he came “In the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh(Romans 8:3).

Catholicism teaches that Mary’s conception in her mother’s womb was “immaculate,” and that she was born without original sin , thus making her divine. This very doctrine known as “The Immaculate Conception” is the crux of the Spirit of Anti-Messiah!

If Mary was born without original sin, then she is eternal and a goddess like Venus, Diana, Isis, Semiramis, Asherah, Easter, and all other pagan goddesses. Many Protestants assume when they hear the term “Immaculate Conception,” that this is about the virgin birth of our Messiah. However, the truth is, it is a term pertaining to Mary’s alleged conception without original sin, rendering her to be divine and eternal.

This would then lead to the lie that says “Eve conceived Adam” or “Mary conceived Jesus.” The Catholic Church teaches that “Mary is the Holy Spirit and that he can only work through her.”

Pope John Paul II gave a speech in Lithuania in 1993 revealing that the Catholic Church believes Mary is the Holy Spirit!

Time Magazine comments in September 1993’s issue:

“According to modern Popes” Mary is “the Queen of the Universe, Queen of Heaven, Seat of Wisdom…..”

In the Pope’s September 1993 speech in Lithuania, he spoke of Mary as “Mother of the Church, Queen of the Apostles, and dwelling place of the Trinity!”

Pope John Paul finalized his speech by saying, “To Mary I entrust all of you….”

His final petition was a prayer to Mary: “Hail, holy Queen of heaven, Mother of Mercy! Our life, our sweetness, and our hope! To you do we cry, poor banished children of Eve; to you do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping, in this valley of tears. Turn, then most gracious Advocate, thine eyes of mercy toward us: and after this our exiles show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus: O clement, loving sweet Virgin Mary.”

This statement is blasphemy!

Qolasiym (Colossians) 3:4 declares that Yahuwshuwa Messiah is our life---not Mary!

1st Yahuwchanon (John) 2:1 declares that Yahuwshuwa alone is our Advocate with the Father!

According to Soul Magazine, the official publication for The Blue Army of Our Lady of Fatima, “Mary is so perfectly united with the Holy Spirit that he acts only through her, his spouse…all our life, word and deed is in Her hands…at every moment, She herself must instruct, guide, and transform each one of us into Herself, so that not we but She lives in us, as Jesus lives in Her, and the Father in the Son.”

According to the Roman Catholic Church, Mary has replaced the Holy Spirit as teacher, guide and advocate!

In the final analysis, the myth of Nimrod marrying his mother (Semiramis) is nothing new, and it did not originate with the author of “The Two Babylons,” Alexander Hislop, as many have argued.

The false narrative of “The Queen of Heaven,” applied to Miryam (Mary, the mother of Messiah), is revealing, in the fact that they assign the role of the “The Holy Spirit,” or the “dove,” to her, as is done with Semiramis in Ancient Mystery Babylon Religion!

Since our Messiah was “Conceived by the Holy Spirit,” (Matthew 1:20), the Vatican falsely concludes that “Mary is the Holy Spirt, and that she is the mother of God!”

Miryam (Mary) is by no means the Creator of Elohiym! Her egg was simply used to conceived our Messiah in the womb, but it was the Spirit of Elohiym that orchestrated this miracle, not Mary! It was YaHuWaH who fertilized her egg, and therefore, she is not the Creator, of the Almighty!

Colossians 1:16 tells us that our Messiah is the Creator of all things, even his mother Miryam (Mary). He existed in eternity, and he is the one that created her, not the other way around:

Qolasiym (Colossians) 1:16  For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

Qolasiym (Colossians) 1:17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

Qolasiym (Colossians) 1:18 And he is the head of the body, the assembly: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

Qolasiym (Colossians) 1:19 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell

Miryam acknowledged her son, (Yahuwshuwa/Jesus) as her “Savior,” (Luke 1:47). Therefore, Roman Catholicism claims that she is the “New Eve,” and also “The Bride of Christ,” therefore, (according to the Vatican) “Christ is going to marry his own mother, Mary....just like Semiramis, married her son, Nimrod!”

What is true about this narrative, and what is not true?

Yes, it is true that Miryam (the mother of our Messiah) will be resurrected with the rest of the Bride of Messiah, and she will be a member of this corporate bride. However, Roman Catholicism twists this narrative, and claims that “Mary alone is the Holy Spirit, and therefore, he can only act through her!”

This makes it appear that Mary is the Creator, (and because Yahuwshuwa was conceived in her womb), therefore, Messiah is her creation, taking his divine nature from her, and that he is subject to her in all things!

This is no different than the Mystery Babylon narrative which claims that “Semiramis is the Queen of Heaven, the Dove, and that she created Nimrod, and later married her own son!”

Now, is this historically accurate? Absolutely not! There is not a shred of evidence that Semiramis gave birth to Nimrod, or that he later married her, and then impregnated her with Tammuz (Ezekiel 8:14).

However, it is nonetheless, the false narrative that has been taught to billions of lost souls since the beginning of time itself.

This is precisely the narrative that has been passed down through the ages, by Mystery Babylon, the Great, the Mother of Harlots, and Abominations of the Earth” (Revelation 17:5).
