Messiah Seen in the Hebrew Letter “Quwph.”

The Ancient Hebrew Aleph-Beyt (Alphabet), began as as “pictographs,” each telling a story, or painting a picture. Here is an illustration of the modern Hebrew letter, as it is now called a “qoph.”

The
Hebrew Alphabet, has undergone four stages, over the past 3,500 years, since the days when the “Ten Words” (Ten Commandments), were first written “With the finger of Elohiym” (Exodus 31:18 & Deuteronomy 9:10).

The graphic below shows the earliest form of Hebrew letters, called Paleo Hebrew, as compared to Modern Hebrew letters.

The 19th letter is called “quwph,” (qof), and is equivalent to the English letter “Q.” So that you can make a comparison between Paleo and Modern Hebrew, I have two charts, (one above), showing an example of how these letters have changed in appearance over the centuries. The other chart (below) shows the Ancient Paleo letters in their oldest form.

Below, is a graphic illustrating the Hebrew letter
“taw,” aka “tav,” in Modern Hebrew. The Jewish Encyclopedia records that the Hebrew letter “vav,” used to be pronounced as “waw.” See the full story at this link:

As early as 2,000 B.C., Hebrew letters were called Proto-Sinaitic script. By the middle period, (which was during the reign of King David), the letters appeared less like pictographs. See an example below of the middle period, about 1,000 B.C. In 400 B.C. (around the time of Ezra & Malachi), the Yahuwdiym (Jews) returned to Jerusalem after the Babylonian Captivity, and you can see that the letter “taw,” no longer resembled a cross or an “x.” Today's modern Hebrew renders the “taw,” as something akin to a backwards lowercase “n.”

This above photo illustrates the middle period Hebrew letters. What I find fascinating about Paleo Pictograph Hebrew, is that each letter is a prophetic picture of our Messiah, and describes something about his character. This is why letters are often referred to as “characters.”

In 1996, I purchased, and read this book entitled
“Messiah And his Hebrew Alphabet,” as this was my first exposure to the concept of letters being prophetic pictures.

It was in this book that I first learned the meaning of the Hebrew letter “quwph” or “qoph.” Pictured below is a chart describing the meaning of each Hebrew letter. As you can see, the “quwph” means “sun on the horizon.”

The letter “quwph” is also used as in the word “tequwphah,”
(#H8622), which means the following:

“A CIRCUIT, A REVOLUTION OF THE EARTH AROUND THE SUN; THE YEAR’S END.”

Here is an example of how this word is used:

Shemoth (Exodus) 34:22 And you shall observe the Feast of Weeks, of the first-fruits of wheat harvest, and the Feast of Ingathering at the Year’s end (tequwphah).

When our Messiah, Yahuwshuwa returns for his bride, they will celebrate together, “The Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

Chazown (Revelation) 19:9 And he said unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. And he said unto me, These are the true sayings of Elohiym.

This prophetic event will take place during the seven days of Sukkot, aka The Feast of Tabernacles. Another name for this feast is called
“The Feast of Ingathering,” which occurs at the end of the seven-month-long cycle of festivals and harvest times. There are three harvest times in Yisrael, which correlate to the seven feasts, annually:

1.) The Barley Harvest – on the Feast of First-Fruits (Leviticus 23:9-14; 1st Corinthians 15:20-23).

2.) The First Wheat Harvest – on the Feast of Weeks/Pentecost (Leviticus 23:15-22; Acts 2:1-41).

3.) The Second Wheat & Grape Harvest – on the Feast of Tabernacles or “Ingathering” (Genesis 49:11; Leviticus 23:33-44; Exodus 23:16; 34:22; Revelation 14:18).

The Feast of Ingathering will be the final harvest of souls, when Yahuwshuwa will gather the wheat and the tares, as described in Matthew 13:25-30. This ingathering of souls, is rehearsed every year when we celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles or Sukkot “At the years end” (Exodus 34:22).

These three harvest times in Yisrael correlate to three harvest times in history for the souls of men:

1.) The Barley Harvest: The resurrection of Messiah, on the Feast of First-Fruits. He descended into the lower parts of the earth (Abrahams bosom), and gave gifts unto men (Ephesians 4:8-9 & Luke 16:19-31).

2.) The First Wheat Harvest: In Acts 2:14-41, Keefa (Peter) preached a message that lead 3,000 souls to faith in Messiah.

3.) The Second Wheat & Grape Harvest: This final end-time harvest of souls, will take place during the ministry of the two witnesses in Revelation 11:4-15. Also read Revelation 14:6-20.

What is seen in the above graphic, is precisely the meaning of the Hebrew word “quwph,” which is inside the word “tequwphah” (#H8622). However, it also comes from the root word #H5362 “naqaph,” which means the following:

“TO GO ROUND ABOUT, TO SURROUND, TO CIRCULATE.”

In Joshua 6:3, Yisra’el was commanded by Yah to “naqaph” (to go round about) the city of Jericho, and to “sabab” (#H5437), which means the following:

“TO REVOLVE, TO COMPASS, TO ENCIRCLE, TO SURROUND.”

Yahuwshuwa (Joshua) 6:3 And you shall COMPASS [SABAB, REVOLVE] the city, all you men of war, and GO ROUND ABOUT [NAQAPH, TO CIRCULATE] the city once. Thus shall you do six days.

The Hebrew word “tequwphah,” (#H8622) is also found in the following verse:

2nd Chronicles 24:23 And it came to pass AT THE END [tequwphah] OF THE YEAR, that the host of Syria came up against him: and they came to Yahuwdah (Judah) and Yerushalayim (Jerusalem), and destroyed all the princes of the people from among the people, and sent all the spoil of them unto the king of Damascus.

Our Messiah, who is called “The Sun of Righteousness” in Malachi 4:2, is a prophetic picture of the “SUN” (shamesh), because he is “The Light of the World!” (John 8:12). Therefore, it is no surprise, that Yahuwshuwa’s second coming for his bride, will be like a bridegroom coming out of his “CHAMBER!”

The Hebrew word for “chamber” in Psalm 19:5 is “a wedding chuppah!”

Psalm 19 describes the glory and splendor of the bridegroom, when he returns to earth for his bride. It is a prophetic picture of the future marriage supper of the lamb, and it has nothing whatsoever to do with a flat earth, as many have tried to purport.

Tehilliym (Psalm) 19:1 To the chief Musician, A Psalm of Dawiyd (David). The heavens declare the glory of Elohiym; and the firmament shows his handywork.

*Hint: the Hebrew word for “firmament” is “raqiya,” and it means “the expanse.” It’s what we call “outer space.”

Tehilliym (Psalm) 19:2 Day unto day utters speech, and night unto night shows knowledge.

Tehilliym (Psalm) 19:3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.

*Explanation: whose speech or language is heard from day to day? Job 38:7 gives us the answer. The stars in the heavens sing songs of praise, for the stars represent angels (Revelation 1:20).

In the graphic below, you can see the four quarters or quadrants (kanaph) of the earth, which the English translators rendered as “corners.” In reality, the word in Hebrew is specifically describing a spherical earth divided into four sections like a orange.

Tehilliym (Psalm) 19:4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them has he set a tabernacle for the sun.

As you can see from the graphic below, the tabernacle for the sun is our Solar System, and the stars and the planets remind us of how our we are commanded to decorate our tents during the Feast of Tabernacles!

Examining the graphic below, you will see the Hebrew word for “end” (qatseh), which means “quarter,” as in the four cardinal  directions. The word “world” (tebel) means “globe!”

*Explanation: the Hebrew word for “line” is “kav,” which is spelled with the letters quwph & waw (vav), as you can see by this graphic below. The meaning of this word is as follows: a measuring line, a cord, a musical string!

In other words, the planets (wandering stars) are giving off sound waves and frequencies that cannot be heard to the human ear, but they are singing praises to our Creator!

Tehilliym (Psalm) 19:Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his CHAMBER [CHUPPAH] and rejoices as a strong man to run a race.

*Explanation: the bridegroom running as a strong man runs a race, is expressing passion for his bride, and excitement to finally be with her for eternity.

Tehilliym (Psalm) 19:6 His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit [revolution, tequwphah] unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.

Tehilliym (Psalm) 19:4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to THE END OF THE WORLD [GLOBE, TEBEL].

In them has he set a tabernacle for the “SUN” [SHAMESH].

Psalm 19:6 His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his CIRCUIT [TEQUWPHAH] unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.

The Ancient Hebrews knew that the sun is much larger than the earth, and it is a prophetic picture of our Messiah, who is The Light of the World,” and “The Sun of Righteousness.” They knew that the sun went down every evening, and is no longer visible, once it goes below the horizon line!

The earth makes a full revolution [tequwphah] around the sun [shamesh] in one year, and within that year, we are commanded to observe SEVEN FEASTS!

This is why in an Ancient Hebrew Wedding, THE BRIDE REVOLVES, COMPASSES, CIRCLES AROUND HER BRIDEGROOM SEVEN TIMES!

We are to be reminded of when Yisra’el marched around Jericho for SEVEN DAYS, and on the SEVENTH DAY, they compassed, SEVEN TIMES!

The Bridegroom was giving his bride “The Promised Land” as a wedding gift!

This is how we know that the EARTH (symbolic of the bride) REVOLVES around the SUN (symbolic of the bridegroom)!

YaHuWaH the Father & Yahuwshuwa the Son are the same one that ASCENDS & DESCENDS!

Proverbs 30:4 & Ephesians 4:8-9 tell us that it’s our Messiah, who is YaHuWaH Yahuwshuwa!

1st Corinthians 12:3 Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Ruwach of Elohiym calls Yahuwshuwa accursed: and that no man can say that YaHuWaH is Yahuwshuwa, but by the Ruwach Ha’Qodesh (Holy Spirit).

Our Messiah, is also called “The Sun of Righteousness that arises with healing in his wings” (Malachi 4:2).

The sun is also likened to “A Bridegroom coming out of his wedding chuppah (chamber)” in Psalms 19:5!

Our Messiah is a prophetic picture of the sun, because it ascends & descends below the horizon line of the earth every 12 hours for the Twelve Tribes of Yisra’el!

Every 24 hours, the earth is given a chance to REPENT & TURN (ROTATE) back to THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD!

Job 37:12 And it is TURNED ROUND ABOUT by his counsels: that they may do whatsoever he commands them upon the face of THE WORLD [GLOBE, TEBEL] in the earth.

No wonder why he declared in John 8:12 & 9:5 that he is “The Light of the World!”

Sunsets & Sunrises are visible proof that the earth is a SPINNING GLOBE!

On a Flat-earth model, the sun is supposedly circling above the earth at 3,000 miles.

On a Flat-earth model, the sun never descends below the horizon (sundown) nor ascends above the horizon line (sunrise).

The Paleo Hebrew Letter “Quwph” proves that the Ancient Hebrews knew the earth is a SPINNING GLOBE!

The Letter “Quwph” is a picture of “The Sun on the Horizon!”

On a Flat-earth model, the sun would never sit on the horizon!
