The Thirteenth Apostle Sent to the Thirteenth Tribe

The Apostle Sha’uwl (Paul) has been one of the most misunderstood writers of the Briyth Chadashah (New Testament) of all times.

Even the Apostle Keefa (Peter) recognized this, and prophesied against those who would twist Shauwls (Pauls) words out of context to their own destruction:

2nd Keefa (Peter) 3:

15 And account that the longsuffering of our Master is salvation; even as our beloved brother Sha’uwl (Paul) also according to the wisdom given unto him has written unto you;

16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understoodwhich they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.

17 You therefore, beloved, seeing you know these things before, beware lest you also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own steadfastness.

Here, the Apostle Peter (Keefa) explains that those who reject the writings of Paul (Sha’uwl) are rejecting the Scriptures! He said that when they twist Paul’s words they are also doing the same thing with “The other Scriptures!”

Beloved, there are many within the community of  believers that are trying to tell us that the epistles of Sha’uwl (Paul) are not inspired, and that they are not considered “Scripture.”

However, Peter’s words prove them wrong. These very same people who want to discredit Paul as a legitimate apostle, try and use the fact that he was the “Thirteenth apostle” as some type of proof that he could not have been sent by our Messiah.

They cite Revelation 21:14-21 where we are shown that there are only going to be “Twelve gates & Twelve foundation stones,” in the New Jerusalem for “The Twelve Tribes & The Twelve Apostles.”

They think they have found their proof that Paul is an illegitimate apostle because he was the “Thirteenth apostle.”

Ah, but lo and behold!

We find out that there are actually Fourteen Tribes of Yisra’el!

In Genesis 48-49, Ya’aqob (Jacob), whose name was changed to Yisra’el gave his blessing to all twelve of his sons.

But his youngest son Yahuwseph (Joseph) was given a “double portion” of his father’s inheritance through his youngest son Ephrayim.

Joseph had two sons in Egypt by a Gentile woman. This is symbolic of the marriage between our Messiah & the Gentiles that are born-again, and thus grafted into the original Olive Tree (Yisra’el) through Messiah.

The two sons from this union represent two groups of people in the last days. These two sons of Yahuwseph (Joseph) are Ephrayim & Manasseh, who were both given the name of Yisra’el, (like their grandfather), when he declared to them “Let my name be named upon them” (Genesis 48:16).

Even though Manasseh was the older son of Yahuwseph (Joseph), Ya’aqob -Yisra’el crossed over his hands, and gave the blessing of the older son, to  the Thirteenth Tribe of Ephrayim.

Ephrayim was the younger son of Joseph, and yet, the blessing of the Fourteenth Tribe went to Manasseh (the older). Ya’aqob (Jacob) remembered what it was like to be the youngest of twins when he and his brother Esau were born only minutes apart. He remembered the fact that his mother Rebekah was given a prophesy before his birth:

Bereshiyth (Genesis) 25:23 And YHWH said unto her, Two nations are in your womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from your bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger

Because of this, Ya’aqob-Yisra’el understood the same principle that our Messiah taught in Matthew 19:30 “But many that are first shall be last; and the last shall be first.”

Hence, he made the youngest (Ephrayim) “The first-born” as prophesied in Jeremiah 31:9.

Now, it is a curious thing that the Tribe of Ephrayim, and the Tribe of Dan are not mentioned among the Twelve Tribes of Yisra’el in Revelation 7. One can only speculate as to why this might be the case.

I believe it is because in 1st Kings 12:25-33, King Jeroboam set up golden calves at Dan and at Mount Ephrayim, and he invented pagan holidays in the eighth month of the year against the commandments of YaHuWaH. Because Dan & Ephrayim became the place of idolatry, I believe that their names were blotted out, and this is why they are not seen in Revelation 7.

However, Dan and Ephrayim are not lost forever! Like the prodigal son, they will rise again when they “die” to the old sinful nature. But when they resurrect from the dead, they will be given “a new name” (Revelation 2:17, 3:12), and they will be grafted into the tribe of their bridegroom, which is Yahuwdah (Judah)!

The Apostle Sha’uwl even explained in Romans 2:26-29 that those who have their hearts circumcised are considered “Yahuwdiym” or Jews. This is how Ephrayim & Yahuwdah (Judah) will become one stick in the hand of YaHuWaH (Ezekiel 37:16-18) at the resurrection.

In Ezekiel 47:22-23, we learn that the “stranger” is joined to whatever Tribe of Yisra’el that they choose to sojourn with.

In the case of a “born-again” believer in Messiah, we sojourn with Yahuwshuwa, who is from the Tribe of Yahuwdah (Judah). And thus, Ephrayim is grafted into Yahuwdah (Judah) as per Ezekiel 37:16-19, when he repents of his idolatrous ways and follows our Messiah, Yahuwshuwa.

In the Towrah, we understand that a bride takes on the name of her husband, and that is why the name of Ephrayim is not mentioned among the Tribes of Yisra’el in Revelation 7

It is because when Ephrayim enters into a marriage covenant with the Messiah, he becomes “one stick” with Yahuwdah (Judah) according to Ezekiel 37:16-19. The House of Ephrayim will take on the name of their husband’s tribe, which is the Tribe of Yahuwdah (Judah)!

Ephrayim will then go into the gate of Yahuwdah (Judah) in the New Yerushalayim (Jerusalem), because when he resurrects along with his older brother Judah, they shall no longer be two, but they shall become “one new man” (Jew & Gentile) according to Ephesians 2:15.

And since the Apostle Sha’uwl (Paul) was called to preach the besowrah (good news) to the Gentiles aka “The Ten Lost Tribes from the House of Ephrayim, now we can see him as a prophetic “type” of Ephrayim.

It is no “small coincidence” that the name “Sha’uwl” (Paul) in Hebrew means “small.” It is because Ephrayim was the “youngest” (the smallest), and yet he became “The greatest.” Even though he began as the youngest or the smallest, his grandfather Jacob prophesied that he would become “A multitude of nations.” (Genesis 48:19). This same phrase in Hebrew is “Melo ha
Goyim,” which means “The fullness of the Gentiles” (Romans 11:25).

Likewise, the Apostle Sha’uwl (Paul) called himself “The least of the apostles” (1st Corinthians 15:9), and yet he later became the “greatest” or the “chiefest” of the apostles just like Ephrayim who became the greatest of all tribes (2nd Corinthians 11:5 & 12:11).

The Apostle Sha’uwl was called to preach to the Gentiles which are “The Lost Sheep of The House of Yisra’el. Ephrayim, (who thought he was an Egyptian), did not realize that he was an Yisra’elite until his grandfather
Ya’aqob -Yisra’el declared over him “Let my name be upon you.”

Like Ephraiym, Sha’uwl (Paul) also had an identity change on the Road to Damascus, when he had an encounter with Yahuwshuwa  Messiah (Acts 9:1-18).

Sha’uwl was therefore called to bring “Ephrayim” back home (like the prodigal son) to see his true identity with Yisra’el. This explains why he declared that he was sent to the Gentiles (Acts 13:46; Ephesians 3:1).

Thus, the Thirteenth Apostle would be assigned to preach the good news of Messiah to the Gentiles aka Ephrayim, who is The Thirteenth Tribe of Yisra’el.  Additionally, I find it highly prophetic, that he also wrote Thirteen Letters in The Briyth Chadashah (New Testament). Here are the letters he wrote:

Romans, First Corinthians, Second Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, First Thessalonians, Second Thessalonian, First Timothy, Second Timothy, Titus, Philemon.

*Note: Many theologians and historians postulate that Paul also authored the Book of Hebrews, which would make fourteen books in all, for all fourteen tribes. However, no authorship was assigned to the book of Hebrews, until recently. I have discovered some evidence that might suggest that a woman named Priscilla wrote the book of Hebrews, which would explain why the authorship has been kept a secret:

BinYamiyn: “Son of My Right Hand.”

In keeping with the theme of the “youngest,” we can also see why the Apostle Sha’uwl  (Paul) was from the Tribe of Benjamin. When Joseph was about to be restored to his eleven brothers in Bereshiyth (Genesis) 43, the youngest son of Jacob (Benjamin) was left at home. Yahuwceph (Joseph) inquired about his little brother, wanting to know where he was. He sent his ten brothers back home and said to them:

Bereshiyth (Genesis) 43:3 “…You shall not see my faceexcept your brother be with you.”

This language is very familiar, because Yahuwseph (Joseph) is a prophetic type of Messiah here, and his ten brothers represent the other “Ten Lost Tribes of Yisra’el” who do not as of yet recognize Yahuwshuwa as their Messiah.

In Luke 13:35, our Messiah prophesied to the inhabitants of Yerushalayim (Jerusalem) “….You shall not see me, until the time come when you shall say, Blessed is he that comes in the name of YHWH.”

We see the similarity in the language being used where Joseph told his brothers “You shall not see me until Benjamin comes back with you,” and later-on, our Messiah said “You shall not see me until you recognize me as the one who comes in the name of YaHuWaH.”

In other words, the Tribe of Benjamin is the key to bringing back the other tribes to their Messiah, just as Benjamin was the one who brought his brothers back to Joseph! The fact that the name  “Shauwl” means “small” tells us that the least among us shall become the greatest!

There is a prophetic reason why the Apostle Sha’uwl, whose name means “small” is from the Tribe of Benjamin (Romans 11:1). He is the one that was “assigned” to bring the other lost tribes back to Messiah! Additionally, the Tribe of Benjamin was the smallest of all tribes.

In this story, it was Yahuwseph (Joseph) (symbolic of Messiah) who sent his brothers away, requesting that they bring Binyamiyn (Benjamin)
back to Egypt with them

The name BenYamiyn (Benjamin) means “The son of the right hand.” And who is seated at the “right hand” of the Father in heaven? Who is prophetically called “The Arm of YaHuWaH” (the arm of the Lord) in Isaiah 51:9 & Isaiah 53:1? It is Yahuwshuwa, our Messiah who is the “right hand” of YaHuWaH and the Tribe of Benjamin is his son!

In other words, the one who was chosen to bring back the other ten tribes to meet their Messiah was Benjamin. The name Benjamin signifies that he is the son of our Messiah (typified in Joseph) who is “seated at the right hand of the Father.”

I submit to you, that this is a prophecy about the Apostle Sha’uwl (Paul)! Sha’uwl is the one who was chosen to bring the besowrah (gospel) to the “Gentiles,” and he is the one who was assigned to bring back the “ten tribes” to meet their Messiah in the last days!

In Genesis 22:17, we are shown a prophecy given to Abraham:

Bereshiyth (Genesis) 22:17 That in blessing I will bless you, and in multiplying I will multiply your seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and your seed shall possess the gate of his enemies.

You will notice two types of
“seed” in the above prophecy. The first kind of seed are called “sands on the seashore,” and they represent physical (earthly descendants). The second type are the “stars of the heavens,” which represent spiritual (born-again) descendants.

All those who are “born-again” of incorruptible seed (1st Peter 1:23) by the blood of the lamb are called “Abrahams seed:”

Galatiym (Galatians) 3:29 And if you be Messiah’s, then are you Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.

The smallest of “seeds” of the sons of Yisra’el-Ya’aqob was the youngest son of them all, and his name is “Ephrayim,” whose name means “double fruit.” Ephraiym would later in history become “A multitude of nations,” but his brother Manasseh was prophesied to become “a great nation” (Genesis 48:19).

Like the mustard seed, which becomes the largest and most fruitful  (when fully grown), so is Ephrayim, who began as the youngest (the least), and then becomes the greatest of them all.

Our Messiah illustrated this to us when he taught the parable of the mustard seed. He taught us that the “smallest” of all seeds on the earth is the mustard seed, yet, when it is all grown up, it is the largest of plants. (Mark 4:31-32).

But before a seed can become fruitful, it must go into the ground and “die.”

Let us recount the parable that our Messiah spoke concerning the mustard seed being likened to the kingdom of heaven:

Mattithyahuw (Matthew) 13:

31 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field:

32 Which indeed is the least of all seedsbut when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.

Yahuwchanon (John) 12:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abides alone: but if it die, it brings forth much fruit.

In these above verses, we see a prophetic picture of Ephrayim (symbolic of the Gentiles), and he is the smallest of the “seeds” of the sons of Abraham. He was the youngest grandson of Jacob, and yet, in the end of days, he will become “A multitude of nations,” whose members are too numerous to count! (Genesis 48:19, Revelation 7:9).

The Least or the Smallest Becomes the Most or the Greatest

The Apostle Sha’uwl (Paul) can be likened unto the House of Ephrayim, because his name means “small,” and he also called himself “The least of the apostles.” He can also be likened unto that little boy who donated his lunch to the multitudes.

Yahuwchanon (John) 6:

8 One of his disciples, Andrew, Shimone Keefa (Simon Peter)’s brother, said unto him,

9 There is a lad here, which has five barley loaves, and two small fishes: but what are they among so many?

10 And Yahuwshuwa said, Make the men sit down. Now there was much grass in the place. So the men sat down, in number about five thousand.

11 And Yahuwshuwa took the loaves; and when he had given thanks, he distributed to the disciples, and the disciples to them that were set down; and likewise of the fishes as much as they would.

12 When they were filled, he said unto his disciples, Gather up the fragments that remain, that nothing be lost.

13 Therefore they gathered them together, and filled twelve baskets with the fragments of the five barley loaves.

What are we seeing here? We see that the “five barley loaves” symbolize the Towrah, because there are five books in the “Mosaic Law” (Towrah). We also see that there are “two fishes,”
which represent the “Two Houses of Yisra’el.”

The once unified Kingdom of Yisra’el, (under King David) was divided up into two separate nations after King Solomon died in 1st Kings 12. These Two Houses of Yisra’el (Ephrayim & Judah) are represented by the two fishes

How do we know this? In Jeremiah 16:16 there is a prophecy about how in the latter days, YaHuWaH would send “fishers” to fish these divorced Tribes of Yisrael out of the Gentile nations where he had sent them. In
Matthew 4:19, Yahuwshuwa called his disciples to become “fishers of men,” because he knew the prophecy of Jeremiah.

Hence, the “two fishes” represent “Both houses of Yisra’el” (Isaiah 8:14). The little boy “fed the multitudes,” and yet there was so much food left over, that there were “twelve baskets full,” which represents “The Twelve Tribes of Yisra’el!”

This gives deeper understanding to what Paul wrote in Romans 11.

Romans 11:

11 I say then, Have they [Yisrael] stumbled that they should fall? Elohiym forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Goyim (Gentiles), for to provoke them to jealousy.

12 Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Goyim (Gentiles); how much more their fullness?

Our Messiah fed the “multitudes,” (which is symbolic of Ephrayim), who was prophesied to become “a multitude of nations.” Ephrayim was an Yisraelite who thought of himself as a Gentile, because he was born in Egypt.

Shauwl (Paul) was illustrating in Romans 11, that the House of Yisrael had fallen into idolatry (as spoken by the prophets), so that the seed of Abraham would be sown and scattered to the Gentile nations.

Through their fall, the nations of the earth have been “made rich,” by the besowrah (gospel) going forth. And the result of this leads to the twelve tribes being reunited in the end!

This is why there were twelve baskets full of fragments left over!

The multitude was fed “five barley loaves,” (symbolic of the Towrah). But why were there five thousand people who were fed?

We get a clue in this prophecy:

Zekaryahuw (Zechariah) 8:

22 Yea, many people and strong nations shall come to seek YHWH of hosts in Yerushalayim (Jerusalem), and to pray before YHWH.

23 Thus says YHWH of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the kanaph (skirt, tzit-zit) of him that is a Yahuwdiy (Jew), saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that Elohiym is with you.

As you can see, the ratio in this prophecy, shows that for every “one Jew,” ten Gentiles (symbolic of the ten lost tribes), would return to the covenant through Messiah.

The “five barley loaves,” are symbolic of the five books of the Towrah being fed to the multitude of nations (Ephrayim). The end result was that the Towrah multiplied and fed “five thousand!”

The Hebrew word for “thousand” is the word “Aleph,” which is the first letter in the Hebrew Alphabet. What does this letter mean? It means “a strong leader” or the “first-born” sons of Yisrael!

Yahuwshuwa is that “one Yahuwdiy” (Jew) who fed the multitude (Gentiles/Ephrayim) with his living bread (the Towrah), and the result was exponential!

The “ten men” of Zechariah 8:23 (symbolic of Josephs ten brothers or the ten lost tribes), when multiplied by five loaves (Towrah being preached) equals fifty men. But our Messiah multiplied this by ten to equal five thousand!

He is the first-born from among the dead (Colossians 1:18), and when he resurrected, his seed multiplied times ten!

The Greek word for Shabuwoth (Feast of Weeks) is “Pentecost” and it means fifty.”  Ten men times five loaves (symbolic of Towrah) equals fifty.
On the fiftieth day from when our Messiah resurrected, 500 men believed. But that number multiplied by ten, totaling five thousand!

How many people witnessed the death, burial and resurrection of our Messiah?

1st Qorintiym (Corinthians) 15:

4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

5 And that he was seen of Keefa (Cephas), then of the twelve:

6 After that, he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep.

It began with 500 plus witnesses, but that number multiplied by ten (symbolic of the ten lost tribes) to equal 5,000!

Ma’aseh Shlichiym (Acts) 4:4 Howbeit many of them which heard the word believed; and the number of the men was about five thousand.

In the account in John 6 where Yahuwshuwa fed the five thousand, we see a picture of the smallest and the least among us. That little boy who gave his small lunch away is like Ephrayim (the youngest grandson of Jacob) and like the Apostle Paul, who called himself the least apostle in 1st Corinthians 15:9.

Like that mustard seed (the smallest of seeds), which becomes the largest and most fruitful of trees once it “falls to the ground and dies,” so is the youngest and smallest grandson named Ephrayim. From this, we learn a very important principle that our Messiah taught:

Marqos (Mark) 10:44 And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all.

Ephrayim is like the prodigal son in Luke 15:24, who was thought to be dead, but when he comes back home to the Father and his Towrah (commandments) he is given the blood atonement (the fatted calf or the red heifer) and he is “resurrected” into a new creature. In Ezekiel 37:1-13, the House of Ephrayim will “come out of their graves” and their dead bones will be revived!

Ephrayim’s name was blotted out in Revelation 7, but he will come back to life again in Revelation 7 & 14 as “The multitude of nations.”

I want to postulate that the reason why his name is never mentioned again, is because Ephrayim must go through a metamorphosis in the same way that a caterpillar that goes into a cocoon and “dies” to his old nature. And when he emerges (resurrects) into a new creature, he no longer has the same name. His name becomes Yahuwdah (Judah):

2nd Qorintiym (Corinthians) 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Messiah, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new

In Revelation 2:17 & 3:12, we are told that the overcomers will receive a new name. When Ephrayim gets married to the “Lion of the Tribe of Judah” (Yahuwdah), he will then be given a new name, and he will be grafted into the Tribe of Judah. Ephrayim will then rule and reign with Messiah for “one thousand years” with a rod of iron.

In the New Yerushalayim (Jerusalem), the Tribe of Ephraiym will go through the Yahuwdah (Judah) gate.

We know this because Ezekiel 37:16-17 tells us that the stick of Ephrayim shall become “one stick” with the Tribe of Yahuwdah (Judah) at the resurrection.

And this happens only through our Messiah. This is  how the thirteenth tribe is able to be grafted into the twelve tribes. The Apostle Sha’uwl (Paul) is indeed the thirteenth apostle, but this was by design of our Heavenly Father.

Sha’uwl was assigned to bring the thirteenth Tribe of Ephrayim back home, and it is no coincidence that he wrote thirteen books of the New Testament. Paul was sent to the “Ten Lost Tribes of Yisra’el,” who think that they are Gentiles, (just like Ephrayim), who also thought that he was an Egyptian (a Gentile).

When Ephrayim is joined back to the House of of Yahuwdah (Judah) into one stick, or one olive tree, he will no longer be the thirteenth tribe, for he will be assimilated into the Twelve Tribes of Yisra’el in the New Yerushalayim!

Paul’s Analogy of the Wild & Natural Branches

The first mention of Yisra’el being likened unto an olive tree is seen in Jeremiah 11:16. This metaphor continues throughout the scriptures, and is further illustrated with “two olive trees” in Zechariah 4:1-3 and in Revelation 11:4.

The Apostle Sha’uwl (Paul) speaks again about these two types of “olive branches” in Romans 11:16-19. He compares the “wild branches” to the Gentiles or the “Ten Northern Tribes of Yisra’el” who were scattered to the nations. These are also known as the House of Ephrayim.

He then compared the “natural branches” to those from the “Two Southern Tribes of Judah” (Jews) who were connected to the olive tree through covenant relationship with YaHuWaH.

He goes on to say that some of the natural branches (Jews) were “cut out” of the olive tree “because of unbelief.” This made room for the “wild branches,” aka the Gentiles to be grafted into the olive tree.

I dont think its a coincidence that the number “11” is used in all these chapters (Jeremiah 11, Revelation 11, Romans 11) speaking about the olive tree, because 1+1 = 2. Yisra’el began as one olive tree, but after King Solomon died, the olive tree became “two olive trees” with the dividing of these two kingdoms into: The Southern Kingdom of Judah & The Northern Kingdom of Ephrayim.

The Thirteenth Tribe of Ephrayim Seen in Thirteen Colonies of America

The prophetic witness of the first thirteen colonies in America tells us that the Tribe of Ephrayim was the wild branch being planted. Even though the Freemasons and the Illuminati have their own perverted agenda for using the numbers 13 & 11, it originated with biblical prophecy. Satan knows prophecy very well, and he wants to imitate it, so that he can infiltrate the seed of Abraham. This website gives us some astounding evidence:

“The olive also figures prominently on the seal of the United States of America. The seal pictures an olive branch with a cluster of thirteen leaves and thirteen olives

Why the number “thirteen?” Because the U.S. began with 13 colonies, and the Anglo-Saxon people of the United States are mainly descended from the “thirteenth tribe” of ancient Israel – the tribe of Ephraim, the youngest (“thirteenth”) son of the patriarch Joseph!

When Israel conquered Canaan, the olive tree was a prominent feature among the flora of the land. It was described as a “land of olive oil” (Deuteronomy 8:8). The olive was a very important source of revenue to the early Israelites. It was tithed upon along with all the produce of the land (Deuteronomy 12:17).”

Parallels Between King Saul & Saul of Tarsus

Those who try and discredit the Apostle Sha’uwl (Paul or Saul) will often try to compare him to King Saul who ended up becoming a wicked king.

However, their comparison only serves to prove just the opposite of what they are insinuating, as I will now illustrate. You see, King Sha’uwl (Saul) was from the Tribe of Benjamin, and so was Saul (Paul) of Tarsus. This is no coincidence that both of these “Sha’uwl’s” were from this tribe.

In 1st Samuel 8, we read that the people of Yisra’el demanded that Samuel appoint a king over them. They were not content to have Shemuw’el (Samuel) as their prophet to rule over them.

When Samuel inquired of YaHuWaH, he was given a prophetic word for the people. They were warned by the Prophet that they were going to get the king the deserved, because their hearts had departed from YaHuWaH.

YaHuWaH did not give them a “King David” right away, because he knew their hearts were not ready for a righteous king. David was from the House of Yahuwdah (Judah), and it was the Tribe of Yahuwdah (Judah) that was selected to hold the kingly “scepter” in Yisra’el according to Genesis 49:8-10.

Ya’aqob (Jacob) prophesied to his fourth son Yahuwdah (Judah) that his tribe would be the one to “hold the scepter” of all the kings in Yisra’el. So why would YaHuWaH command the Prophet Samuel to appoint King Sha’uwl (Saul), who was from Benjamin, instead of a man from Yahuwdah (Judah)?

One has to wonder why YaHuWaH would appoint a man from the Tribe of Benjamin to be king who was not supposed to be a king in Yisra’el?

I believe YaHuWaH did this on purpose, to prepare the people for their future Messiah. King Dawiyd (David) was from the House of Yishay (Jesse), and our Messiah, Yahuwshuwa is the offspring and the “Root of Jesse.”

Yeshayahuw (Isaiah) 11:1 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Yishay (Jesse),and a Branch shall grow out of his roots:

Yeshayahuw (Isaiah) 11:10 And in that day there shall be a root of Yishay (Jesse), which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Goyim (Gentiles) seek: and his rest shall be glorious.

YaHuWaH caused the nation of Yisra’el to see what it was like to have a carnal king who was not from the House of Yahuwdah (Judah), so that when he would finally appoint for them one from the House of Yishay (Jesse), that they would receive him!

Similarly, in the last days, YaHuWaH will allow the people of the earth to see what it is like to be under the rule of an Anti-Messiah leader, so that when the true Messiah returns, many will be ready to receive him!

So you see, King Sha’uwl (Saul) was used by YaHuWaH to prepare the people for their true King, the Messiah of Yisra’el, who was typified in King Dawiyd (David)!

In this way, we see that the Tribe of Benjamin was used to bring the other tribes to unite under King David of Yahuwdah (Judah). Now, notice what Sha’uwl (Saul) said to the Prophet Samuel when he appointed him to be a king over Yisrael:

1st Shemuw’el (Samuel) 9:21 And Sha’uwl (Saul) answered and said, Am not I a Binyamiyniy (Benjamite), of the smallest of the tribes of Yisra’el? And my family the least of all the families of the tribe of Binyamiyn (Benjamin)? Why then do you speak to me like this?

King Saul recognized that the Tribe of Binyamiyn (Benjamin) was the “smallest” of tribes and his family in particular was the “least” of the families in the tribe! Are we seeing a pattern yet?

The “least” and the “smallest” are the ones who are chosen to become the greatest!

The Prophet Samuel then anointed Sha’uwl (Saul), and he was “changed into another man.”

1st Shemuw’el (Samuel) 10:6 And the Spirit of YHWH will come upon you, and you shall prophesy with them, and shall be turned into another man.

Doesn’t this sound awfully familiar? Can we observe yet another pattern? Wasn’t Sha’uwl (Saul or Paul) of Tarsus changed into another man on the road to Damascus?

You see, Yahuwshuwa was now “reversing the curse” that King Saul brought upon the Tribe of Benjamin by appointing another “Saul” from the very same tribe, who would be used to bring the other tribes to their Messiah & King from the Tribe of Yahuwdah (Judah)!

What King Saul failed to do, the Apostle Paul would succeed in doing! But even though King Sha’uwl (Saul) failed as a king, YaHuWaH still used him to unite the people under Dawiyd (David) who was a “type” of Messiah!

The Apostle Sha’uwl (Paul) failed, when he was a Zealot who killed many followers of Messiah, just as King Saul tried to kill David. Nevertheless, when Paul was “changed into another man” he was used to bring many to the House of Yahuwdah (Judah) to be united under their Messiah!

Another parallel that can be observed is that the name Shemuw’el (Samuel) in Hebrew means “Heard of El.” The Prophet Samuel spoke the prophetic word over King Saul and he “heard,” and initially obeyed, but later, he rebelled against the words of the prophet.

Similarly, Saul of Tarsus “heard the voice,” of Yahuwshuwa on the road to Damascus, and at first he was reluctant to obey, but he ultimately obeyed and became fruitful.

So you see, the opposite of what happened with King Saul happened with Saul of Tarsus. Both of these men were named Sha’uwl (Saul) which means “small,” and they were both from the Tribe of Benjamin (the smallest of tribes).

But King Saul began as a man anointed to be the king, and he prophesied with all the prophets. He once operated in the gifts of the spirit until he rebelled. At that point, the Spirit of YaHuWaH was taken away from him, until finally, the kingdom was taken from him as well.

However, Saul of Tarsus began as a man who killed the followers of Messiah, until one day, he was changed into a different man, and then he was anointed! The curse over the Tribe of Benjamin was reversed through Paul!

Discrepancies in Sha’uwl’s Account in the Book of Acts Explained

There are some people who have attempted to discredit the Apostle Sha’uwl by using these verses in the book of Acts. At first glance, it would appear that Sha’uwl’s story is being told several different ways, and thus it makes him appear not credible. But let us examine these verses below that are in question:

Ma’asheh Shlichiym (Acts) 9:3-7: The men who were with Sha’uwl heard a voice but saw no man.

Ma’asheh Shlichiym (Acts) 22:6-11: In verse 9, those men with Sha’uwl saw the light but they did not hear the voice of him who spoke to Paul.

Ma’asheh Shlichiym (Acts) 26:12–18: In verse 13, Paul and the others saw the light. In verse 14, Paul and the others all fell to the ground.

Ma’asheh Shlichiym (Acts) 9:

3 And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven:

4 And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Sha’uwl, Shauwl why do you persecute me?

5 And he said, Who are you, Master? And the Master said, I am Yahuwshuwa whom you persecute: it is hard for you to kick against the pricks.

6 And he trembling and astonished said, Master, what will you have me to do? And the Master said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told you what you must do.

7 And the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man.

8 And Sha’uwl arose from the earth; and when his eyes were opened, he saw no man: but they led him by the hand, and brought him into Damascus.

Ma’asheh Shlichiym (Acts) 22:

6 And it came to pass, that, as I made my journey, and was come near unto Damascus about noon, suddenly there shone from heaven a great light round about me.

7 And I fell unto the ground, and heard a voice saying unto me, Sha’uwl Sha’uwl, why persecute you me?

8 And I answered, Who are you, Master? And he said unto me, I am Yahuwshuwa of Nazareth, whom you persecute.

9 And they that were with me saw indeed the light, and were afraid; but they heard not the voice of him that spoke to me.

*Explanation: Acts 22:6-9 is not a contradiction from Acts 9:7, for even though the men heard a voice, it does not mean that they heard what was being said. It is possible to hear a voice, and not be able to discern what that voice is actually saying.

In Acts 9:7 it says that “they saw no man,” but in Acts 22:9 it says that
“they saw a light,” but they did not see a man. They heard a voice in Acts 9:7, but that does not mean that they heard what was being said to Sha’uwl (Paul). The Greek translation for the word “voice” is as follows:

# 5456 phōnē:  fo-nay; a sound, a tone, of inanimate things, as musical instruments, a voice, the sound of uttered words, speech, of a language, tongue.

This word is much more ambiguous than a person’s voice. This Greek word “phone” means a noise of some kind, but not limited to a human voice.

We see the same phenomenon taking place when the Apostle Yahuwchanon (John) heard the voice of YaHuWaH in heaven. Let’s see what that voice sounded like:

Chazown (Revelation) 1:10 I was in the Spirit on YHWH’s day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,

Chazown (Revelation) 4:1 After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up here, and I will show you things which must be hereafter.

Below, the prophecy against Mystery Babylon is being described, and it says that the “voice” of musical instruments will no longer be heard in her:

Chazown (Revelation) 18:22 And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in you; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in you; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in you;

Why does it not say in the above verse the “sound” of musical instruments will no longer be heard? Why does it use the word “voice” instead of sound? We can see that John heard the “voice” (sounds, musical tones).

Hence, the men who were with Sha’uwl  “heard tones” or sounds, but that does not mean that they heard “a voice talking,” or that they heard intelligible words being spoken!

Ma’asheh Shlichiym (Acts) 22:

10 And I said, What shall I do, MASTER? And the Master said unto me, Arise, and go into Damascus; and there it shall be told you of all things which are appointed for you to do.

11 And when I could not see for the glory of that light, being led by the hand of them that were with me, I came into Damascus.

Ma’asheh Shlichiym (Acts) 26:

12 Whereupon as I went to Damascus with authority and commission from the chief priests,

13 At midday, O king, I saw in the way a light from heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me and them which journeyed with me.

14 And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking unto meand saying in the Hebrew tongue, Sha’uwlSha’uwl, why persecute you me? it is hard for you to kick against the pricks.

*Note: In the above verses, only Sha’uwl can hear the voice in the Hebrew Tongue!

It does not say that the other men can speak in Hebrew does it? They heard a “voice” (phone, tones, sounds), like musical instruments from heaven, but that does not mean that they understood the conversation that Sha’uwl was having with the Messiah does it? No!

It says that Sha’uwl (Paul) saw a light (not a man), and it says that he “heard the voice speaking to him.” The other men heard a “phone” (the Greek word for musical tones) but it does not mean that they heard the voice speak to them intelligibly!

Ma’asheh Shlichiym (Acts) 26:

15 And I said, Who are you, Master? And he said, I am Yahuwshuwa whom you persecute.

16 But rise, and stand upon your feet: for I have appeared unto you for this purpose, to make you a minister and a witness both of these things which you have seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto you;

17 Delivering you from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send you,

18 To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto Elohiym, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me

As we read all three of these accounts in the book of Acts, we can see that there is no imagined discrepancy, as these Anti-Paul preachers would try and insinuate.

In all three accounts, it is evident that all the men with Paul saw a light, but they saw no man. In all three accounts, it is apparent that the men heard some kind of noise, but only Paul understood what was actually being said.

In the final analysis, we can see that the Apostle Sha’uwl (Paul) has been one of the most fruitful of all gospel writers. To eliminate his writings from the Scriptures is to eliminate a major portion of Bible Prophecy! If you have been assaulted by “Anti-Paul” zealots, this explanation should get you back on the path of truth.

Responding to Scoffers

A couple of people responded to this blog in a very snarky tone, thinking themselves to be wise, and me the fool. One such person is a woman who wrote the following:

“So, in the New Jerusalem there are only 12 gates… none of them say “church of the Gentiles” and there’s no 13th gate. A lot of logical fallacies and assumptions in this piece. If the premise starts off wrong, then the conclusion will be wrong.”

Here is what I wrote in response:

“It is you who are making assumptions, because you do not fully understand the engrafting process, and who the Gentiles are grafted into, when they are betrothed to the Lion of Yahuwdah (Judah).

I will give you a hint, but you must first read the account of Tamar & Judah in Genesis chapter 38. Tamar’s name means “Palm Tree,” and we learn that Yisra’el camped in the wilderness of Elim, where there were twelve wells of water, and ten palm trees! (See Exodus 15:27 & Numbers 33:9). The name, “Elim” also means “palm trees!”

Why are there 12 wells of water, but only 10 palm trees? Because the 10 palm trees are symbolic of the Ten Lost Tribes, who are watered by the 12 wells of water, which are symbolic of our Messiah!

Do you remember when Yahuwshuwa offered the Samaritan woman at the well “Living Water?”

She was one of the members of the Ten Lost Tribes of Ephrayim, and our Messiah told her that “Salvation is of the Yahuwdiym/Jews(John 4:22). Did he intend for her to join the religion of Pharisaism?

No, our Messiah was not suggesting that salvation comes by aligning with the man-made traditions of the Pharisees. Many times, Yahuwshuwa rebuked the religious leaders of his day, because they elevated their own traditions above the Mosaic Law (Towrah).

He was explaining to her that it is from the Tribe of Yahuwdah (Judah) that salvation had come to the lost sheep. He was speaking of himself, for he came in the role of the Kinsman Redeemer, in the same way that the patriarch Judah redeemed Tamar when he impregnated her with twins. Thus, our Messiah was destined to be born into the Tribe of Yahuwdah/Judah, because Jacob entrusted his fourth son to rule over the other tribes. His prophetic declaration is ultimately fulfilled in Yahuwshuwa, as “The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh comes...” (Genesis 49:10).

Tamar (whose name means “Palm Tree”) is symbolic of the Ten Lost Tribes of Yisra’el/Ephrayim, who later in history became a “widow” (Isaiah 54:1-4). When Yahuwdah (Judah) impregnated Tamar with twins, she asked him for a “pledge,” which later became fulfilled as “The oath” that was sworn over “Malkiy-Tzedeq” (Melchizedek) in Psalm 110:4 & Hebrews 7:21-28. And no surprise, Melchizedek is the one who “sprang” out of Judah! (Hebrews 7:14).

To the woman who mockingly responded to this blog, I continued:

There are 14 tribes in total, after Jacob added his two grandsons to the house (see Genesis 48 & 49). Thus, Ephrayim is the 13th Tribe, and Manasseh is the 14th Tribe. If you have ever read Ezekiel 47:22, you would know that any “stranger” could “sojourn” with one of the twelve tribes, and they would be “Counted as one born into the tribe.

In the case of Ephrayim, he was part of the Ten Lost Tribes, who had been divorced by Yah (Jeremiah 3:8). Therefore, for him to be grafted back into the house, he would have to “sojourn” with a member of “The Two Southern Tribes” of Yahuwdah (Judah).

And that is exactly what has taken place in history. The Ten Lost Tribes, became known as “Gentiles,” as they were called “Lo-ammi” in Hosea 1:9, meaning “No longer my people.” However, in the latter days, Yah said that he would bring them back into covenant with him, and they would once again be called his people!

But how is this possible, since Deuteronomy 24 says that once a wife has been divorced, (and she remarries), she may never return to the husband who divorced her?

In Romans 7, Paul explained why our Messiah had to die, which was to abolish in his flesh the law of divorce (which prevented the lost tribes from remarrying him). He did not abolish the Law of Moses, as many suppose.

Therefore, when any Gentile is “born-again,” it is because they “sojourn” (walk with) with the Messiah, who is from the Tribe of Yahuwdah (Judah), and they are named after his tribe!

This means that Ephrayim will be called by the name of “Judah,” which is the stick/tree of our Messiah. When they become “one stick,” they will no longer be called “Ephrayim.” After all, a bride takes on the name of her bridegroom, doesn’t she?

So you see, the 13th tribe is grafted into the Tribe of Judah, thus becoming part of the 12 Tribes. If the two sticks of Ezekiel 37:16-17 become “one stick,” (and no longer two), and these two sticks are identified as “Ephrayim & Judah,” guess which stick loses his name?

It’s obvious that Ephrayim will become Yahuwdah (Judah), because he will “sojourn” with our Messiah, just like Ruth, who “sojourned” with her mother-in-law, Naomi, and that’s how she was joined to the Tribe of Yahuwdah (Judah).

Therefore, your insinuation that I ever implied that there are 13 tribes in the New Jerusalem is unfounded. Just like a butterfly who goes through a metamorphosis, and changes his nature, Ephrayim changes into Yahuwdah (Judah), through the Renewed Covenant of Messiah.

This is the reason why the name “Ephrayim” is not mentioned in Revelation 7, and this also explains why Sha’uwl (Paul) is not named among the Twelve Apostles!
