Keto Chia Pumpkin Pie!

Here is the one of the healthiest Pumpkin Pies you will ever eat, and it tastes exactly like real Pumpkin Pie, minus the crust!

In a Ninja or Food Processor, blend the following ingredients:

1-29 ounce can of pureed Pumpkin.

1-13.5 ounce can of Coconut Cream.

1-cup (8 ounces) of purified water.

20- tablespoons of Chia Seeds. I mostly use Anthony’s, but I use other brands as well. Anthony’s Organic Chia Seeds

2-Tablespoons Ceylon Cinnamon. Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder

1-Tablespoon All-Spice.

2-teaspoons powdered or fresh shredded ginger.

4-Tablespoons Allulose Sweetener (this lowers blood sugars and helps counter the insulin spike from other carbohydrates). Allulose Sweetener

3-Teaspoons Organic Sweet-Leaf Stevia Powder. Now Foods Better Stevia Certified Organic Extract Powder

1.) Blend until smooth and thoroughly mixed. You may have to stop and stir with a wooden spoon, scraping along the sides of the blender bowl with a scraper, to make sure everything is evenly mixed.

2.) Once everything is evenly blended, pour into large 9 x 13 container, either glass, or plastic, etc.

3.) Chop up about 1-1/2 cups Pecans and distribute on top of the Chia Pudding.

4.) Drizzle real Maple Syrup on top, or use my Keto Maple Syrup Recipe, which has zero carbs. See the Keto Maple Syrup Recipe below.

5.) Let chill in the refrigerator overnight, or at least 8 hours.

6.) Make homemade whipped cream, using heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract and sweetener of your choice. I used my Keto Maple Syrup to sweeten my whipped cream.

Keto Maple Syrup:

1.) Fill up a 32 ounce Mason Jar with Allulose Syrup. This is the brand that I buy on Amazon. You can also buy it in bulk in one of these large pouches. Zero Carbs Allulose Syrup

2.) Add 2 Tablespoons Maple Extract, or according to your taste buds. If you think it needs more, add more as desired. Olive Nation: Pure Maple Extract

3.) Add 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract, or according to your taste buds. If you think it needs more, add more as desired.

4.) Add 2 Teaspoons Organic Sweet-Leaf Stevia Powder, or adjust to your own taste buds. NOW BRAND: Better Stevia

4.) Stir all ingredients, add a plastic lid and shake!

I like to use these spouts that I purchase on Amazon, for easy pouring.

Wide Mouth Mason Jar Flip Cap Lid with Handle

Here are some more Nutritional Facts about this Chia Pudding:

1.) First, there are very few carbohydrates in this Chia Pudding, which means that it will not spike your Insulin, and that means it is healthy for those with Insulin Resistance or Diabetics.

See the nutritional label on the back of Anthonys Chia Seeds. As you can see, once the dietary fiber is subtracted, the net carbs is only 1 gram per tablespoon!

Plus, Chia Seeds are known to help reduce belly fat!

Chia Seeds are a perfect Super-Food, because they are loaded with just the right ration of Omega Fatty Acids.

I have found that using Chia Seeds instead of eggs in my recipes, greatly improves the texture of the recipe, and I have fantastic digestion using these instead of eggs!

See these links:

2.) The Allulose Sweetener is known to lower blood sugar and counter the carbohydrates in other foods, which means this sweetener is a game changer!

1 teaspoon of Allulose is 4 grams of carbohydrates, but when you consider the fact that it lowers blood sugars, you wont care about those 4 grams.

3.) Ideally, I prefer to use Pumpkin puree that I bake myself from a fresh Pumpkin. However, if you are in a hurry, you can find Organic Non-GMO canned Pumpkin in a can. This one by Libbys is only 10 grams of carbohydrates per 5 ounce serving, minus the 3 grams of fiber, which means the net carbs per 5 ounce serving is only 7 grams of carbohydrates.

4.) Not all Stevia Sweeteners are created the same. The ones that you purchase in grocery stores often have unwanted and unhealthy ingredients in them, such as Aspartame, Maltodextrin, Dextrose, or Sucralose.

When purchasing Stevia, make sure to use only Organic 100% Sweet Leaf Stevia Powder, like this brand I like to use by NOW.

The reason why I use Stevia in addition to Allulose, is because Allulose is only 70% as sweet as regular table sugar, whereas Stevia has 250-300 times the sweetness of sugar, making it ideal for adding the right amount of sweetness to recipes.

Allulose alone does not sweeten things enough for my taste buds, but I use it for the express purpose of lowering blood sugar.

Stevia also has zero carbohydrates and will not spike blood sugars. I usually sweeten most things with a blend of Stevia to achieve the bulk of the sweetness desired. But then, I add Allulose to counter any carbohydrates present in the recipe. The combination makes things taste perfect in my opinion!

5.) Organic Coconut Cream contains approximately 5 grams of carbs per 4 ounce serving.

6.) Ceylon Cinnamon also has tremendous health benefits as compared to Cassia Cinnamon, such as lowering blood sugar and Insulin. It also contains Anti-cancer properties, and Antioxidants.
See the links below:

7.) The Pecans are a great alternative to the crust you would normally consume with Pies, and they contain many health benefits as well.

All-in-all, this Keto Chia Pumpkin Pie is extremely low in carbohydrates compared to one slice of Pumpkin Pie!

As you can see, one slice of Pumpkin Pie contains 323 calories, 46 grams of Carbohydrates, and 25 grams of sugar!

I have not added up all the carbohydrates in one serving of this Keto Chia Pumpkin Pie, because it is too difficult to quantify how much of each ingredient is present in each serving.

However, consider these facts:

1.) Chia Seeds contain only one gram of carbs per tablespoon.

2.) Allulose contains 4 grams of carbs per teaspoon, but you dont need much to achieve the results of lowering your Insulin and blood sugars.

3.) Canned Pumpkin is only 7 grams of carbs per 5 ounce serving.

4.) Stevia has zero carbs.

5.) Coconut Cream has 5 grams of carbs per 4 ounces.

6.) The Cinnamon, Allspice and Ginger contain minimal amounts of carbohydrates, and Ceylon Cinnamon is known to lower blood sugar as well.

7.) The Keto Allulose Maple Syrup that I drizzle on top is also very low in carbs, and you can even use it on other recipes, such as Pumpkin Spice Waffles or Pancakes.

8.) Pecans contain 4 grams of carbs per ounce, and they are loaded with many health benefits.

The next time you are craving Pumpkin Pie, just make this instead, and you won
t even miss the pie---trust me!

Especially when you top it with homemade whipped cream!

Birth of the “King of Kings” on the Feast of Trumpets

By Maria Merola אריאל

Our Messiah’s birth on the Feast of Trumpets is fitting, because this feast has been prophetically called “The Day that No Man Knows!”

In Matthew 24:36 & Mark 13:32, our Messiah was speaking to us in a Hebrew Idiomatic expression when he said that his coming for his bride would be on “A day that no man knows!” He was giving us a hint about the Feast of Trumpets!

For these past 2,000 years, “NOBODY KNEW” exactly when he was born, and this has lead to the Christ-Mass lie!

To learn more, see these blogs:

As we approach the second coming of our Messiah, he is revealing more things about himself than ever before.

He is revealing to us his true date of birth, and his true name, so that we will not be deceived by the impostor!

Daniel 12:4 says that in the last days “knowledge shall be increased,” and this has enabled us to look back at the Astronomical Record, via computer software.

This has lead to the discovery of what took place on that famous night:

Chazown (Revelation) 12:1 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:

Chazown (Revelation) 12:2 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.

The signs in the heavens that were visible when our Messiah was born, was the constellation of the Virgin giving birth to the Lion. Inside the Lion, was a conjunction of Venus & Jupiter, forming what the Ancient Hebrews call “The Righteous King!”

The first sliver of the Renewed Moon was seen that night, “underneath the feet” of the Virgin! She was also “clothed” (covered) with the light of the sun, because she was pregnant with “The Sun of Righteousness!” (Malachi 4:2).

She also had on her head, a “crown of twelve stars” for the Twelve Tribes of Yisra’el!

During child-birth, “No man knows” when the head of the baby will “crown” or become visible from the birth canal. So, it is with the sighting of the Renewed Moon, and this is why it is fitting that our Messiah was born on “The Day that No Man Knows!”

Similarly, “No Man Knows” the day, nor the hour when the bride of Messiah will be “born” into immortality, and when he will catch her away to meet him in the heavenly chuppah! (1st Thessalonians 4:17; 1st Corinthians 15:51-52).

The Feast of Trumpets is when all the Kings of Yahuwdah (Judah) were “birthed” into their new office, and coronated (crowned) as kings.

This procedure was followed consistently in the time of Solomon, Jeremiah, and Ezra. The Day of Trumpets was also acknowledged as the time for counting the years of their kingly rule. It was customary that the final ceremony in the coronation of kings was the blowing of trumpets.

*For King Solomon, “Blow ye the trumpet, and say, ‘God save king Solomon’” (1st Kings 1:34).

*For King Yahuw (Jehu), “And [they] blew with trumpets, saying, ‘Jehu is king’” (2nd Kings 9:13).

*At the enthronement of Yahuwash (Jehoash), “The people of the land rejoiced, and blew with trumpets” (2nd Kings 11:11).

In Hebrew, “shafir” means “amniotic sac,” the fluid-filled sac that contains, nourishes, and protects a fetus in the womb. So what does this biological meaning of “shafir” have to do with the ritual of blowing the shofar?

One connection between shafir and shofar is the fact that “The Feast of Trumpets” celebrates the birthday of the world, when YaHuWaH “BLEW INTO ADAM THE BREATH OF LIFE!”

Yom Teruw’ah (Day of Blowing) is the birthday of humanity, when mankind was first created.

In Exodus 12:2 & 13:4, (when YaHuWaH delivered Yisra’el out of Egypt), he established a spiritual New Year to remember his delivering us out of slavery.

The New Year of our seven annual feasts would begin in the spring, fourteen days before Passover. Thus, there are two New Years in Scripture:

1.) The first day of the seventh month of Ethaniym/Tishri (1st Kings 8:2), which is our physical birth as the human race. This is the birthday of the world, and the beginning of Linear Time on earth (Exodus 23:16 & 34:22).

2.) The second New Year is in the first month, of Abib/Nisan, when our spiritual birth was established as the nation of Yisra’el, when we were brought out of slavery to sin (Exodus 12:2 & 13:4).

Our Messiah is called “The Last Adam” (1st Corinthians 15:45), and therefore, in keeping with the pattern, it is fitting that our Messiah was also born physically, (into humanity) on the Feast of Trumpets, (since he came to represent sinful man).

Yahuwshuwa, the Messiah was being trumpeted into the world as “The Righteous King,” when his head was “crowning” at that precise moment when the “last trumpet” sounded, and his mother, Miriyam gave one last shout on “The Day of Shouting!”

There are four trumpet blasts that are traditionally sounded on this day. When Miriyam (Mary) “Cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered” according to Revelation 12:2, this was the LAST TRUMPET blast, called the Tekiah Gedolah!

The Hebrew word for “blowing” is as follows:

#8643 truw`ah ter-oo-aw from 7321; clamor, i.e. acclamation of joy or a battle-cry; especially clangor of trumpets, as an alarm, blowing of the trumpets, joy, jubilee, loud noise, rejoicing, shouting, high, joyful sounding. The root word is as follows:

#7321 ruwa` roo-ah a primitive root; to mar (especially by breaking); figuratively, to split the ears (with sound), i.e. shout (for alarm or joy):--blow an alarm, cry (alarm, aloud, out), destroy, make a joyful noise, smart, shout (for joy), sound an alarm, triumph.

Are you making the connection yet?

What were the malakiym (angels) were doing on that same night when Messiah was born?

Luqas (Luke) 2:

10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you GOOD TIDIINGS of GREAT JOY, which shall be to all people.

11 For unto you is born this day in the city of Dawiyd (David) a Saviour, which is Mashiyach (Messiah) YHWH.

12 And this shall be a sign unto you; You shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger (sukkah).

13 And suddenly there was with the malak (angel) A MULTITUDE OF HEAVENLY HOST PRAISING Elohiym, and saying,

14 Glory to Elohiym in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.

The malakiym (angels) were shouting and rejoicing on the Feast of Trumpets, with the sound of the “Teruw’ah!”

According to the Astronomical Record research done by Dr. Ernest L. Martin, (who authored the book “The Star that Astonished the World”), the planetary alignment in Revelation 12:1-5 was being fulfilled on the night our Messiah was born!

The entire book can be downloaded free at the link below:

Download the PDF file below at this link:

What was visible on that night, (and what the shepherds saw on that night), was the constellation of the “Virgin” (Bethulah) and she was giving birth to “The Lion,” (Ariel).

The sun was in the womb of the Virgin (mid-body), and our Messiah is referred to as “The Sun of Righteousness,” (Malachi 4:2).

The first crescent moon was underneath the Virgin’s feet, and she was wearing a crown of stars around her head, for the Twelve Tribes of Yisra’el!

Inside “Ariel the Lion” was a conjunction between Jupiter & Venus!

These two planets in conjunction are anciently called “The King of Righteousness” by the Hebrews!

Jupiter was later renamed by the heathens after a pagan deity, but the Ancient Hebrews called it “Ha’Tzadiq” (The Righteous).

Venus was also later renamed by the heathens after a pagan deity, but the Ancient Hebrews called it “Ha’Malek” (The King).

Thus, the conjunction of these two planets spells out “The King of Righteousness,” aka Malkiy-Tzedeq (Melchizedek)!

This planetary alignment remained for two years in the heavens, leading the Wisemen from the Orient to Bethlehem to visit the King!

The Feast of Trumpets is also when all the Kings of Yisra’el were crowned (coronated)!

The Bible Code research done by Roy Reinhold, also corroborates with Scripture in being able to pin-point the exact date of our Messiah’s conception, which fell on the Gregorian Calendar date of December 13th in 4 B.C.

This date correlates to the 24th day of the 9th Hebrew month of Kislev. See Haggai 2:18-23.

Adding exactly 271 days to that date, brings us to September 11th in 3 B.C. at 7:00 p.m. (just before sundown). This date correlates to the 1st day of the 7th Hebrew month of Ethaniym (Tishri).

Thus, the countdown to his circumcision began on September 12th and his circumcision fell exactly at sundown on the 9th day of Ethaniym (Tishri) on Yom Kippur!

Why do we use 271 days for the gestation period?

1.) The average gestation for a male child is exactly 271 days, which is exactly 9 months of 30-day months, plus one extra day for the delivery.

2.) A Female gestation is often 10 days longer, (281 days), because the female anatomy is more complex.

3.) The extra 10 days for a female gestation, prophetically ties into the parable of the 10 Virgins and the 10 Days of Awe between the Feast of Trumpets, and the Day of Atonement.

4.) The Hebrew word for “pregnancy” is “herayon,” which has a numerical value of 271!

In addition to the research of these two men, I have discovered even more corroborating evidence from the Scriptures, proving that our Messiah was conceived on Chanukkah, and he was born 9 months later on the Feast of Trumpets!

Below, you will find my blogs and video teachings, which are the culmination of 22 years of research on the birth of our Messiah, Yahuwshuwa.

Towrah Portion: Vayera | וירא | “He appeared”

By Maria Merola אריאל

www.venmo.com@Maria-Merola

This Week’s Towrah Portion & Who Confirmed the Abrahamic Covenant in Daniel’s 70th Week?

Vayera | וירא | “He appeared”

*Towrah: Bereshiyth (Genesis) 18:1-22:24.
*Nabiym (Prophets): 2nd Melekiym (Kings) 4:1-37.
*Besowrah (Gospel): Luqas (Luke) 2:1-38.

This week’s Towrah Portion begins with the appearance of YaHuWaH himself along with two heavenly witnesses.

The first thing that YaHuWaH does is he “CONFIRMS” the earlier promise to Abraham that he will give Sarah a son (Genesis 18:10).

Since Sarah is a prophetic “type” of Jerusalem (the free woman) according to Galatians 4:26, this promise of a “SON” has greater meaning than simply Sarah’s son Yitzchaq (Isaac) who would come from her own womb.

The promise of a “SON” is also being given to the future Jerusalem!

When Sarah heard of this promise, she laughed in disbelief. This reminds us of how in the end of days, the inhabitants of Jerusalem will be largely in unbelief, until their promised son arrives!

YaHuWaH then questioned her about why she laughed, and she denied it. YaHuWaH’s response to her was this:

“Is anything too hard for YaHuWaH?” (Genesis 18:10-15).

Interestingly, the name “Yitzchaq” (Isaac) means “laughter,” as if to show Sarah “You did laugh in disbelief, and you will laugh when the child arrives.”

In other words, it is YaHuWaH who “HAS THE LAST LAUGH!”

The Towrah Portion concludes with the greatest test of Abraham’s obedience.

This test is a prophetic picture of the Heavenly Father offering up “HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON,” the Messiah in the future (John 1:14).

Abraham was a prophetic “type” of the heavenly Father, who inherits the promise of becoming “A Father of many nations,” but the promise can only be fulfilled, if his ONLY BEGOTTEN SON dies!

Even though Yitzchaq (Isaac) didn’t physically die, he had to accept the fact his earthly life was going to be taken from him, in order to fulfill the promise.

And just as it was Abraham’s physical “seed” that produced his promised son in the womb of Sarah, it was also our heavenly Father’s “seed” in the womb of Miryam (Mary) who produced the ultimate son of promise:

Hebrews 11:17 By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Yitzchaq (Isaac): and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten son.

Some people may question, “Why was our Messiah called the ‘ONLY BEGOTTEN SON’, when Yah referred to the nation of Yisra’el as ‘MY FIRSTBORN SON?’” (Exodus 4:22 & Jeremiah 31:9).

The difference between being a “FIRSTBORN SON,” and being an “ONLY BEGOTTEN” son has to do with “PROMISE & COVENANT” versus biology and chronology.

You see, even though Ishmael was Abraham’s first biological son, it was Isaac who was born to him by promise, and therefore the only HEIR to the promise (see Galatians 4:28-31).

Similarly, the nation of Yisra’el was called “My firstborn son,” and yet only those whose hearts are “REBORN” after the promise of the Messiah, can be called “Sons of Elohiym.”

So, while the nation of Yisra’el is the “FIRSTBORN SON,” the Messiah, Yahuwshuwa is the only one who was truly “BEGOTTEN OF THE FATHER.”

What does this word “Begotten” mean?

The Greek word is:

#3439, monogenes mon-og-en-ace' from 3441 and 1096; only-born, i.e. sole:--only (begotten, child); Single of it’s kind, only.

Essentially, this word means “THE ONLY ONE OF ITS KIND.”

What differentiated the Messiah from the nation of Yisra’el?

He was the only one BORN OF THE FATHER PHYSICALLY!

To understand this phenomenon, please see this blog:

In other words, YaHuWaH himself, put on a human body and came to earth in the form of a FINITE human being, in order to take the sins of humanity upon himself!

Yeshayahuw (Isaiah) 9:6 speaks of this promise given to Jerusalem, a “type” of Sarah, the free woman!

Yeshayahuw (Isaiah) 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, El Shadday (The Mighty EL), The Everlasting Father, Sar Shalom (The Prince of Peace).

Did you get that?

The Son born to Jerusalem is also THE EVERLASTING FATHER, because he was THE ONLY BEGOTTEN OF THE FATHER!

In other words, our Messiah, Yahuwshuwa is the only one to ever be conceived by the Ruwach haQodesh (Holy Spirit), and thus, he had the sinless blood of the Father flowing through his veins. To learn more, see this other blog:

Abraham offering up his son Isaac---his only heir was a foreshadow of the Father in heaven giving up what seemed like his only chance to redeem humanity.

If the Messiah had not resurrected, his chance to redeem humanity was also dead forever!

This is why Abraham offering up his son had such high stakes! Can you imagine gambling away all the money that you have, knowing that if you lose, you won’t have another chance to gain that money back?

Abraham was essentially gambling away his promise to become “A FATHER OF MANY NATIONS” when he offered up HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON!

Similarly, when YaHuWaH offered up our Messiah on the tree, he also was gambling away his only chance to be a “Father” to the nations, and thereby bring Yisra’el back to himself!

In this one act of Abraham offering up his son Isaac, his incredible faith was demonstrated.

Abraham’s great faith mirrors the loving heart of our Creator. Our Heavenly Father is so completely sure that he will bring back his prodigal sons, that he was willing to risk it all!

What seemed like a “gamble” was actually the ONLY WAY TO BRING THE PROMISE TO PASS!

Yahuwchanon (John) 12:24 “Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it abides alone: but if it dies, it brings forth much fruit.

In other words, in order for YaHuWaH to become a “Father” to the nations and to Yisra’el, he had to allow his ONLY BEGOTTEN SON (his only seed) to die!

Daniel’s 70th Week being “divided in half” was absolutely necessary in order to CONFIRM & RATIFY the Abrahamic Covenant!

The concepts laid out in these blogs illustrate an important truth. If two people buy a lottery ticket, they tear it in half, and they win, the ticket will only be redeemable if they come together and join the pieces back together again!

The House of Yahuwdah (Judah) has one-half of the ticket, and The House of Ephraim has the other half. Judah has the Towrah, and Ephraim has the Messiah.

Until these two halves come together, there can be no redemption or restoration for Yisra'el. Ephraim wants to hold on to his half (Messiah), but he wants to reject Judah’s half--- Towrah.

Without that other half, Ephraim (Christianity) will hear these words on judgement day “Depart from Me, I never knew you.”

Revelation 12:17 and Revelation 14:12 elude to the two halves of the “lottery ticket.”

Revelation 14:12 tells us that the saints (set-apart ones) have both:

1.) Faith in Messiah,Yahuwshuwa.
2.) They keep the commandments (Towrah).

Revelation 12:17 tells us who the remnant of Yisra’el are (the woman’s seed).

1.) Those who keep the commandments (Towrah).

2.) Those who have the testimony of Yahuwshuwa Messiah. Many other verses tell us that salvation depends on both halves coming together.

If you are holding onto one half of your winning lottery ticket, (and you don’t find the matching half), you will never collect your prize!

In other words, like Abraham, you must be willing to risk losing your half of the winning lottery ticket in order to have the entire ticket come back together!

This means that we cannot resurrect and inherit the promise unless we are willing to die!

Revelation 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
