I had been in a season of intense fasting and prayer when I had this dream. Before I went to sleep that night, I prayed and asked the Heavenly Father to give me a prophetic dream. This dream may sound strange to you, but after I had this dream, I was given the interpretation by the Spirit of YaHuWaH.
In this dream, I had just given birth to a baby girl. The baby girl was a mermaid from the waist down, but she could walk like a mature adult. I also noticed that her legs were trapped in the body of a fish, yet, she could walk perfectly on her fins.
At first, I was running away from this odd creature, and I did not want to come near her. I thought I had just given birth to a Nephilim, and I was totally freaked out!
But then, YaHuWaH spoke to me and said “I want you to nurture her.”
That is when I picked up the baby mermaid and began to breast-feed her.
Interpretation:
In this dream, the baby mermaid represents those in the Christian Church, who are unknowingly still trapped in paganism. Many in the Christian Church are like a baby, because they are still feeding on the milk of the word. Here, Shaul (Paul) the Apostle said this to the Corinthians:
1st Corinthians 3:2 I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for as of yet you were not able to bear it, neither yet now are you able.
The writer of Hebrews also uses the analogy of the milk versus the meat of the word:
Hebrews 5:12-13 For when the time you ought to be teachers, you have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of Elohiym; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat. For every one that uses milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.
What are “The oracles of Elohiym?” In his letter to the Romans, the Apostle Shaul (Paul) explains:

The Greek word used for “oracles” in the above passage is “logion” (#G3051) and it means “The contents of the Mosaic Law.”
Does Salvation come from the Jews?
These are the principles of the Torah (five books of Moses), that have been entrusted to the Tribe of Judah (Jews, Genesis 49:9-10). This is why Yahuwshuwa said to the Samaritan woman at the well “Salvation is of the Jews” (John 4:22). What did he mean by this statement? Was he telling her to join a Jewish Synagogue among those Jews who do not accept him as the Messiah? No, that is not what he meant at all.
You see, the High Priest (Melchizedek) is from the Tribe of Yahuwdah (Judah) according to Hebrews 7:14. This means that the only High Priest who could act as her “Kinsman Redeemer” was a High Priest who could never die behind the veil! The earthly, (mortal) High Priests of the Sons of Aharown (Aaron) were charged with making temporary atonement for the nation of Yisra’el each year on Yom Kippur. But there was always the possibility that the High Priest could die behind the veil, thus leaving the nation unaccepted in any given year on Yom Kippur. The role of High Priest was a “type and shadow” of the “kinsman redeemer.” This is why our Messiah made that astonishing declaration in Luke chapter 4 that he had come to “Preach the Acceptable Year of YaHuWaH!” As a High Priest that has an eternal existence, he could never die, and thus, we will never again be “unaccepted!”
What is a kinsman redeemer? Deuteronomy 25:5-10 gives the instructions for a widow in Yisra’el who has no son to redeem the inheritance of her dead husband. In such a case, a close relative of the widow’s dead husband, who would impregnate her with a son, (if the woman’s husband died, before she bore them a son). Women in Yisra’el could not inherit the land that belonged to them, without a male heir. Therefore, if a husband died without leaving his wife with a son, she would be destitute. In the book of Ruth, Boaz became a “kinsman” to Naomi through his marriage to her daughter-in-law (Ruth).
The nation of Yisra’el had become like a widow (Isaiah 54:1-4), and like a forsaken (divorced) woman (Isaiah 54:5-8). In Jeremiah 3:8, Yah divorced them, and sent them away for their idolatry. Yet, he promised to marry them again in the future. But this was impossible, according to Deuteronomy 24:1-4. Once a husband divorces his wife, and sends her out of his house, she is allowed to remarry. But if she remarries, (and the second husband dies or divorces her also), she may never go back to the first husband, for this Yah calls this an abomination. However, in Hosea, the 2nd chapter, Yah says that he will marry the nation of Yisra’el again. How is this possible, when Deuteronomy 24 forbids it?
Romans chapter 7:1-4 gives us the answer! If a man dies, and leaves his wife without a son, a close relative would marry the woman, and give her a Son! The Northern Kingdom of Yisra’el was that adulterous wife, who was divorced and sent away to the nations. She married her false gods (baalim), which prevented her from being married to YaHuWaH again. So what did Yah do? He became the Son!
The Everlasting Father, came to earth as the Son (Isaiah 9:6), and gave up his life as a ransom, so that he could marry Yisra’el again. When the Southern Kingdom of Judah crucified their own Messiah, she became a widow. In totality, the entire nation (both kingdoms) became like a widow and like a forsaken (divorced) wife. Both of them needed a redeemer.
In Ezekiel 23, YaHuWaH referred to both Houses of Yisra’el as “two sister harlots.” Samaria was the capital city of the Northern Kingdom, and Jerusalem was the capital city of the Southern Kingdom. These were the names of these two sister harlots. But even though, the ten tribes from the Northern Kingdom were divorced (Jeremiah 3:8), Yah said that her sister Judah was more treacherous than her sister, Samaria. So why did he not divorce Judah? It is because Jacob prophesied over his 4th son (Judah) in Genesis 49:10, citing that “The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come.” Therefore, even though they deserved it, Yah could not divorce them, or there would not be a kingdom for our Messiah to be born into!
YaHuWaH sent his Son through the Tribe of Judah, and he became the Kinsman Redeemer for Judah, (as the close relative), once he resurrected! He became like the dead husband, but he also became the living brother of the dead husband as well! In the book of Ruth, Naomi was from the Tribe of Judah, and her husband died, as well as her two sons. Boaz was a close relative of her husband (Elimelech), but Naomi was too old to bear children. Therefore, her daughter-in-law Ruth was able to marry Boaz, because Ruth was the widow of Naomi’s son. Therefore, Boaz (like our Messiah), became the Kinsman Redeemer for both women at the same time! Our Messiah was the able to redeem the widow and the divorced wife (both kingdoms) in one fell swoop!
This is why the Apostle Shaul (Paul) referred to the Torah as “The Schoolmaster,” that would bring us to Messiah! The sons of Aharown (Aaron) were not perfect, and therefore, could not make perfect atonement for the nation. For, if the High Priest had sin in his own life, (for which he had not sufficiently repented of), the entire nation was not atoned for that year!
However, our Messiah is an eternal High Priest (Kohan ha’Gadowl) who was sinless, perfect, and has an endless life! Therefore, he is the only one that qualified to redeem Yisra’el permanently, once and for all time!
Our Messiah is the eternal High Priest after the order of Melchizedek, and his followers are his “royal priesthood” (1st Peter 2:9). In Romans 2:28, Paul described the followers of Messiah (whose hearts are circumcised) as “Yahuwdiym” (Jews). Salvation belongs to those who follow Messiah, and that qualifies them to belong to his royal priesthood of Melchizedek---in other words Yahuwdiym or Jews.
What YaHuWaH was showing me in this dream is, that most people in the church are spiritually immature, and need to be taught milk, (the first principles of the oracles of Elohiym, the Torah). Even though many in the church should be at the place where they are ready to receive meat, they are unable to receive it, because they were never taught the foundation of the first oracles (Torah).
Yahuwshuwa commends those who are a faithful and wise servant by giving his household “meat” in due season:
Matthew 24:45-46 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his Master has made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season? Blessed is that servant, whom his Master when he comes shall find so doing.
The fact that this “baby” (the Christian Church) can walk like a mature adult, tells me that they should be ready for the meat of the word, but they are still like a baby spiritually. Why? Because they have never been taught “The first oracles of Elohiym,” or the Torah (the instructions handed down to us through Moses). Most Christians start with the New Testament, and most of them never read from the beginning in Genesis, hence they usually end up with the wrong interpretation of the Gospels and Paul’s Epistles.
In my dream, the baby was a mermaid, because mermaids are what we see in Greek Mythology. I recall reading about Howard Pittman’s personal testimony of being taken into the second heaven during his clinical death experience. He was shown by the angel of YaHuWaH, certain demons that looked like half-man and half-animal. He saw some that were half-horse and half-human, and he saw some demons that also looked like mermaids. Howard Pittman says that this order of demons are the ones behind occultism, witchcraft, paganism and mythology. The fact that this baby (the Christian Church) had her legs trapped in the body of a fish, tells me that she is trapped in paganism, and false teachings. This can be evidenced by the fact that the Hebrew word for “fish” is “dagon.” The Philistines worshiped this pagan deity named “Dagon” who was supposedly the reincarnation of Nimrod (1st Samuel 5:2-3).

I also observed another application to the meaning behind the baby mermaid in my dream. I remembered that movie entitled “The Little Mermaid,” and the cartoon character was named “Ariel.”
Back in January 2002, while I was praying, YaHuWaH spoke to me and said “Your new name is Ariel.”
I looked this up in the Bible, and I found it in Isaiah 29:1 “......Ariel, to Ariel, the city where David dwelt!...” I discovered that this is another name for Jerusalem, and in Hebrew, Ariel means “Lion of Elohiym.”
Later on while reading Revelation 3:12, I understood why YaHuWaH gave me the name Ariel:
“....Him that overcomes will I make a pillar in the temple of my Elohiym, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my Elohiym, and the name of the city of my Elohiym, which is new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from my Elohiym: and I will write upon him my new name...”
Wow! Now I understand, why he gave me the name of his city, New Jerusalem, aka Ariel! This greatly encouraged me, because I know that I am an over-comer! HalleluYah!
The mermaid in the dream represents those in the Christian Church who have not yet come out of Mystery Babylon the Great, the Mother of Harlots. But Yahuwshuwa wants to save her, and change her ways. He wants to give her a new name---the name of his city, the New Jerusalem.
In this dream, I wanted to run from this mermaid because she was strange-looking, (being still a baby that could walk maturely, yet her walk is one of paganism). But YaHuWaH was showing me through this dream that he wants me to nurture and “feed” the baby (those in the church) with the milk of the word.
The word “breasts” in Scripture represent “Mother Jerusalem,” and since YaHuWaH is telling me to breast-feed this baby, it now makes sense to me why he gave me the name “Ariel,” which is another name for Jerusalem.

11 That you may suck, and be satisfied with the breasts of her consolations; that you may milk out, and be delighted with the abundance of her glory.
12 For thus says YHWH, Behold, I will extend peace to her like a river, and the glory of the Gentiles like a flowing stream: then shall you suck, you shall be born upon her sides, and be dandled upon her knees.
13 As one whom his mother comforts, so will I comfort you; and you shall be comforted in Jerusalem.
In Galatians 4:26, Jerusalem is called “The mother of us all.” This mother (Jerusalem) is the very same woman of Revelation 12 who has a crown of twelve stars around her head (for the twelve tribes of Yisra’el), and she gives birth to a “man-child,” which applies to our Messiah, Yahuwshuwa.
But in the future, she also gives birth to his offspring called “The one new man” (Ephesians 2:15). Therefore, this prophecy in Revelation 12 has a dual fulfillment! In Isaiah 66, this prophecy is about Jerusalem nurturing her children, and this was very revealing to me in a personal way.

A Mother Lioness to Two Whelps
I could now understand why YaHuWaH had given me the name “Ariel,” just like Jerusalem, who is a “mother lioness” to two whelps (cubs), which are Judah & Ephraim. In other words, the Two Houses of Yisra’el!
Since 1996, YaHuWaH would often speak to me while I was in prayer, and he would say to me “Read Ezekiel 19.” But every time I read Ezekiel 19, I did not understand what he was trying tell me, until many years later.
Ezekiel 19:
1 Moreover take you up a lamentation for the princes of Israel,
2 And say, What is your mother? A lioness: she lay down among lions, she nourished her whelps among young lions.
3 And she brought up one of her whelps: it became a young lion, and it learned to catch the prey; it devoured men.
4 The nations also heard of him; he was taken in their pit, and they brought him with chains unto the land of Egypt.

It was not until the year 2007, when Yahuwshuwa himself spoke to me in a dream and revealed to me that these “two lion’s whelps” represented the House of Ephraim & the House of Judah.

Judah is the tribe from where we derive the term “Jew,” and the other tribes of Yisra’el are also called lion’s whelps. This is how we know that these two lion’s whelps in Ezekiel 19 are speaking of the Two Houses of Yisra’el. Initially, Abraham was called out of the land of the Chaldeans, (Babylon) to follow the one true Elohiym, (YaHuWaH). Abraham left behind his family, and everything that seemed familiar to him, so that he could live holy, sanctified, and “set-apart” unto YaHuWaH. Abraham left behind all of the pagan sun-god worship customs of Babylon. After he obeyed YaHuWaH by leaving Babylon, he was told that his descendants would be taken captive into Egypt for four hundred and thirty years. When the children of Yisra’el were first delivered out of Egypt, this represents freedom from bondage and slavery to sin.
After Yisra’el was delivered out of Egypt (a type of the world), they were taught to live “set-apart,” and they were given commandments to live by, as a sign of their marriage covenant with YaHuWaH.
Subsequently, the design for the Tabernacle was given to Moses, and he set it up according to what YaHuWaH had showed him on Mount Sinai. From that place, Yisra’el experienced the work of grace, which was a prophetic shadow picture of the cross and Messiah’s future atonement.

Yisra’el was then given a chance to enter into the fullness of the Promised Land, but they could not enter because of unbelief. Why? They had left Egypt physically, but Egypt had not left them! The next generation went into the Promised Land under leadership of Joshua (Yahuwshuwa) the son of Nun, whose name is the same as our Messiah’s. Moses is a symbol of the Torah (law in stone), but Yahuwshuwa (Joshua) was a symbol of our Messiah, who taught Yisra’el to obey the Torah (law), and to also to hear his voice (intimacy).
In the days of Jeremiah the prophet, the House of Judah had the sacrificial system set up with the 1st Jewish Temple. This was a prophetic picture of the New Covenant of grace. But then, the House of Judah got into “cheap grace,” and they began to reject the Torah (Mosaic Law).
They also began burning incense to “The Queen of Heaven,” as we read in Jeremiah 7 & 44. Who is this Queen of Heaven? She is none other than the mother and wife of Nimrod, from the Tower of Babel! Her name was Semiramis, and she was responsible for teaching her son, (Nimrod) to corrupt himself with idolatry. Nimrod was instructed by the pagan priests of Moloch to marry his own mother, in order to gain supernatural psychic powers. This was the breeding ground, for all the Ancient Mystery School religions. After Nimrod was killed, his mother/wife, Semiramis claimed that she was the goddess of the moon, and the sky, and that he was the god of the sun.
She then became pregnant on the Vernal Equinox (March 25th or Easter), and claimed that the baby in her womb was a reincarnation of her son/husband, Nimrod.
She told the Babylonians that Nimrod had impregnated her with the rays of the sun, and this is where the Freemasons got the idea of steeples and spires on church buildings! Semiramis then gave birth to a son exactly nine months later on December 25th (the winter solstice), she named him “Tammuz” (Ezekiel 8:14). She ordered that infants would be sacrificed on the altar every year on December 25th, and trees were also to be decorated in his honor!
To this day, the Roman Catholic Church has borrowed this very same religion and they renamed the mother of our Messiah (Mary or Miryam) after this pagan goddess named the “Queen of Heaven!”

The Babylonians were ordered by Semiramis to go into the forest to cut down a tree and then they were told to deck it with silver and gold to commemorate Nimrod and his reincarnated son, Tammuz (Jeremiah 10:1-4). Yisra’el imitated these very same practices which caused them to be divorced by YaHuWaH.
When Nimrod was killed and executed for his crimes, he was “cut down like a tree,” and he was likened unto “an abominable branch” (Isaiah 14:12--19). This is where the custom began of “putting the branch to the nose” (mistletoe) at the winter solstice.

From Egypt to Babylon
1.) Egypt represents bondage to sin and the world.
2.) The Promised Land represents our ultimate inheritance and destiny.
2.) Babylon represents going back to pagan mixture again, after having been once delivered. This ideology allows for unholy mixture of biblical concepts, mixed with paganism.
The Promised Land lies squarely in the middle between Egypt & Babylon.
When YaHuWaH says “Look not to the left nor to the right...” he wants us to be in perfect balance with Law & Prophets, Spirit & Truth, Wisdom & Revelation.
Egypt represents bondage to sin, while Babylon represents going full-circle back towards the same pagan mixture that we were originally taken out of.
Yahuwshuwa rebuked the Pharisees of his day for heaping man-made traditions on the people through their “oral traditions” (Talmud).
Today, many in the Christian Church are just like the Pharisees who were trying to get the people to replace the Torah with their own man-made traditions. This is the true definition of “Mystery Babylon the Great the Mother of Harlots.”
I see a reversal of roles now, with the religious leaders of Messiah’s day, and the religious leaders of today. When Messiah was here at his first coming, the religious leaders were the Jewish Sanhedrin. They were trying to bind the people up with their own man-made, oral traditions, in place of YaHuWaH’s Torah given through Moses. Today it is the traditions of the Roman Catholic Church that have people in bondage, and they do not even know it. Yet, they wonder why there are curses of sickness, disease, and immorality in their families and churches. Deuteronomy 28 tells us that when we obey the Torah (instructions) of our Heavenly Father, we will live under his protection and blessings. But when we disobey his Torah, we will live under a curse.
And today, we see that there are “Pharisees of Grace” within the Christian Church who are doing the very same thing as what the Pharisees did in Messiah’s day. The are replacing the Torah (commandments) with their own traditions.
A Pharisee spirit is always characterized by a man-made system whereby “traditions” are placed above Yah’s word. It existed in the time when Yahuwshuwa walked the earth, and it exists today in many different religious packages. I see it within Rabbinic Judaism which elevates the Talmud and oral traditions above the Law of Moses. But I also see it in the Christian Churches who make up their own traditions under the guise of “freedom in Christ.” I will often hear Christians saying things like “We can take these pagan holidays back for Christ,” as if it ever was of Messiah in the first place!

Beloved, YaHuWaH has a standard for how he wants to be worshiped, and we cannot worshiped him out of the imagination of our own hearts, for he will not accept it. He can only accept worship that is based on the truth of his instructions (Torah).
This is why Yahuwshuwa said the following in John 4:23: “They that worship, must worship in spirit and in truth.”
We must worship him according to the truth of his word. We cannot take something pagan and simply re-package it and call it “Christian.” YaHuWaH is set-apart (qodesh), and he determines how we should worship him.
The “spirit of Egypt” is evidenced by trying to earn one’s salvation with “good works” or works of the law. This never worked, which is why Yah had to set up the sacrificial system to show that something had to die in order to purchase our salvation. It could never be earned.
In the “spirit of Babylon” there is a presumption that says “as long as we are under grace, we have the license to do what we want, because Elohiym forgives us and he sees our hearts.”
In these two attitudes (Egypt and Babylon), both extremes will lead to the same place: THE SPIRIT OF ANTI-MESSIAH!
In this prophecy from Ezekiel 19, Yah is showing us that the lion’s whelps are the Two Houses of Yisra’el (Ephraim & Judah). Ephraim represents the Christian Church and Judah represents those following Judaism. Both camps are in bondage and idolatry to some degree.
The first lion’s whelp that Jerusalem nourished was the House of Ephraim (Yisra’el) who was taken captive into Egypt (bondage to sin).
Then, when her hope seemed lost and so Jerusalem nourished another lion’s whelp, which is the House of Judah who were taken captive into Babylon.
Back in 2002, YaHuWaH spoke to me while I was in prayer, and he gave me the name “Ariel” which is another name for Jerusalem. Jerusalem is a “Lioness” and a “Mother” who nourishes the young lion’s whelps. In other words she nourishes both those in Christianity and those in Judaism so that she can ultimately bring them out of bondage from man-made religion and traditions.
But what happens after she nourishes them? They get taken captive by either Egypt (bondage to sin) or Babylon (pagan mixture).
YaHuWaH was showing me in this dream that Christianity & Judaism have a dual problem. They are still babies (Egypt) and they are still trapped in the body of a fish or paganism (Babylon).
He wants me to be a “mother lioness” and to nourish these two lion’s whelps, which are those in the Christian Church and the Jews. He wants me to call them out of pagan mixture, bondage to sin and the spirit of the world.
The other interesting thing about this dream is that in January 2002 when YaHuWaH spoke to me and said “Your name is Ariel,” what came to my mind was that cartoon entitled “The Little Mermaid” and so I remember saying to YaHuWaH “The Little Mermaid?”
Now that I had this dream about a “Little Mermaid” it seems that Yah has a sense of humor. He was showing me why he gave me the name Ariel, but he was also showing me the mermaid as a metaphor of the Christian Church and Judaism. Both of them are trapped in pagan mixture, and both of them need to be delivered and made into one bride, or one new man!
