If you read the blog, you will see that I added this following explanation, which I believe makes it alarmingly obvious that the skins made for them was the skins from a first-born lamb.

Abel brought forth the only thing that could account him worthy to be called “the firstborn.” What was it that gave Yisra'el the right to be called “my firstborn son?”

Exodus 4:22 And you shall say unto Pharaoh, Thus says YHWH, Yisra’el is my son, even my firstborn.

Exodus 12:5 Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: you shall take it out, from the sheep, or from the goats.

What are we seeing here? Cain was the firstborn (just like Esau), and Abel was the second born (just like Jacob). And yet, Esau (being physically born first), did not inherit the promise. Jacob, (being the second born), inherited the promise, because he was zealous for what YaHuWaH had to offer.

He valued it, whereas Esau did not. And the same thing was true of Cain. He only offered vegetation, which is not an acceptable offering to cover sin. Why? Because cultivating crops is something that one does “with the works of his own hands.”

In other words, it is easy to take pride in your own work, and thus begin to believe that you are righteous on your own. However, a shepherd, (which is what Abel was), had to learn relationship with his sheep in order to bring them up properly!

Cain was filled with pride, and thought his own works had value apart from YaHuWaH. Abel was humble, and was willing to give the best of his flocks to make an acceptable offering before YaHuWaH. In other words, Abel valued relationship, whereas Cain valued his own accomplishments, which is pride.DoublePortionInheritancehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12878038666039689359noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6064609137088616084.post-82526174385361089742020-09-27T21:07:39.585-07:002020-09-27T21:07:39.585-07:00well, it does not mention animal skin but skin I a...well, it does not mention animal skin but skin I always thought that it is the skin we live in now since before Adam and Hawah were clothed in light.jonybusshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16676096879605407758noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6064609137088616084.post-90378861158932516782020-09-27T19:56:45.323-07:002020-09-27T19:56:45.323-07:00Jony Buss, where did the animal skins come from?Jony Buss, where did the animal skins come from?DoublePortionInheritancehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12878038666039689359noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6064609137088616084.post-16866213981557615982020-09-27T16:32:23.403-07:002020-09-27T16:32:23.403-07:00SHALOM BELOVED I LOVE YOU BLOG! so wonderful PRAIS...SHALOM BELOVED I LOVE YOU BLOG! so wonderful PRAISE YAHUAH!
